Horrible App
Ticket booking not working properly, you try to book place a to place c and app booked ticket from place a to place b, which causes penalty and embarrassment.
Even complaint module not working as well, how authorities passed such mess app in public. Very disappointing

Useless for foreign visitors/tourists in Delhi who don’t have an Indian phone number. Not very tourist-friendly!
My ticket wasn't booked, but the money was deducted, and I haven't received a refund.

There's no option to file a complaint anywhere, and the bus conductor isn't helping either. Using this app is just a waste of money. If your ticket isn't booked, you won't get a refund, and nobody will listen to your complaint!

Poor performance
Poor performance. Not upgrading version of app in my phone and i’m not able to select my correct gender becoz it’s bot shown and after complaining there is no solution to my problem even they are not even considered my problem yet.

Worst all. Doesn't even show buses
Yet another extremely poor performance shown by government platform. It doesn't even show busses on the designated route. They are always zero in number. God knows why government made this app. Total waste of time. Why don't they develop proper Sop for launching an app. They should do some UAT before launching the app. I believe that part was skipped by them. What does the government do of taxes which we pay every year. They just use it to filling their pockets.

In IOS there is problem in get current route when i put bus no. They even don’t get current route even i try to fill route it can’t show the route and there is also problem in payment time so I request to backend developer team please take action on that so that customer satisfied and it help full for customer. Unable to use the app
Its not allowing to authenticate. Just keeps throwing network error, inspite of trying multiple times, over multiple networks.

Not able to purchase the ticket in iPhone
Am so sick of this app. With 5 g internet connection it does not allow us too buy the ticket always shows an error that check your internet connection while all other apps work in properly. Please remove the app from App Store
App doesn’t work!!
No whatever you do the app just doesn’t let you purchase a bus ticket. It will either show an error “location not found” or it will give an error “network connection not available”. All this the device is in a tip top condition and all the other apps are working properly. Please fix this or there is no point making such an app.

Useless for tourist planning
Looking for some way to plan my travel for a visit to Delhi. This app requires a OTP to use and I was unable to get one with my Australian phone number.

Unable to book EV bus ticket on iphone.. vehicle number not updated at the time of booking.
Wrong bua tickets
Whenever i book a ticket through this by scanning a scanner on delhi transport bus it always books a wrong ticket between stops and charges sometimes more or less and the staion showed for arrival is also wrong
Worst Service
This app doesn’t work properly. Doesn’t show bus routes correctly. Most of the time payment gets failed. Not user friendly, until you use it for 100th time. And most importantly, recently many bus routes have been changed but this app has no update for that, you board the bus but you won’t find the bus route on the app.

I personally feel this app is worth downloading and using to buy Delhi bus tickets specifically when you don’t carry cash with you! It also helps to avoid rush of buying tickets near the conductor seats 💺. Just find a seat and enjoy the journey ✌️
