Great app
This app has been so incredibly helpful in allowing me to stay on top of my tasks! Has some great features that allow this to be a one stop shop for all your routines and to dos
6 years of todoist, switched in a day
their AI only ever suggested stuff, this one actually does it. i said "hide everything but today and upcoming, overdue up top" and it just built that. never once got todoist to match my brain like this
Same app everywhere and I MEAN same
Phone on the train, Mac at my desk, web on the locked-down work laptop where IT won't let me install anything — it is the identical layout every single time and it syncs instantly. Set it up once, it followed me everywhere. Most "cross platform" apps are three different apps in a trench coat. Not this one. As a CPA I don't say this lightly: genuinely impressed.

Left todoist after 6 years
was a todoist power user forever, karma streaks and all. loved it but i was drowning in filters i built in 2021 and their AI never actually DID anything, just suggested. tried this expecting to bounce off in a day. instead i said "only show today + upcoming, overdue up top where i cant ignore it" and it just... built that. six years of todoist and i never got it to match my brain. one sentence here did it. natural language actually reschedules whole batches too, not just parsing dates. no android is the one catch but i switched to iphone anyway. not going back

I invented a view that shouldnt exist
ok so i asked it for a split screen — left is todays tasks, right is a little countdown to my 3 biggest deadlines color coded by how doomed i am. NO other app ships that because i made it up on a tuesday. it built it in like ten seconds. got sick of it, rolled it back, made a new one the next day. this is the future and im not being dramatic

other apps gave me decision paralysis before i did a single thing. told this one: 3 priorities today, nothing else on screen, no badges no counts. and it just made that. some days i ask for more. it bends to the day im having instead of the other way around. never had an app do that
