Literally have been having issues for weeks now. FIGURE IT OUT.
What is going on.
First review ever. Itâs a really bad situation when your business is glitched as hell and an update does fix a single glitch, but creates a million more.
My business is extremely integrated into Tock and their inability to get things to work greatly affects small businesses like mine. In a time that itâs already hard to try and keep a restaurant running profitably - Tock decides to make it even more difficult.

Not useable - blank white screen

Worst Mobile App
You think with how much I pay Tock every month there would be an app formatted for the mobile os that actually is worth a dang. Itâs difficult to use on a good day. But for the last 8+ days the app wonât work at all. Iâve tried uninstalling it several times but I launch the app and it just gives me a solid white screen. I have multiple restaurants. Iâm not always in the building to check the iPad. Iâm on the go a lot. Itâs not convenient to pull out my laptop. And using the website through a mobile browser isnât great either. Very frustrating from what is essentially a paid app. Do better. Especially from a parent company that saw record revenue of over $70,000,000,000 in 2025.

Terrible
Constant glitches. Open the app & a white page appears. Open close the app still wonât work. Deleted it & installed again & nothing.
App doesn't even open
As a chef who currently operates a restaurant I would love to easily be able to see how many reservations we have but this app doesn't even open anymore. Its just a blank white screen.
Rarely Works
The app is always crashing and often just gives you a blank white screen, even after uninstalling and reinstalling.
What a piece of junk
Functionality completely gone after recent update. Hope you enjoy looking at a white screen. For the amount of money we pay for this service you would expect this to you know, work?
Disappointed
Useless, it crashes before you can even check covers. The whole dashboard doesnât fit to screen and when you try to zoom or scroll it gets stuck and you have to close the app.
When opening the app
When opening the app on my iPhone 16 pro max it just shows a white screen and doesnât go to the actual page like it should. Thought I just needed to update but even with the update and uninstalling it and re-installing it back on my phone itâs still doing the same thing.
Broken
App started malfunctioning for me a few days ago. Blank white screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled just now and the first page will show but just spins now when I try to get to the Reservations tab.
Whatever update fixed, it broke
App has been fine enough. But now has gone completely white out when opening. Have already deleted and uninstalled twice, restarted phone, etc. To no avail. Very inconvenient

Always in repair mode
When it actually is fully functioning it works great. Unfortunately itâs continuously in some state of malfunction and I have to keep using my laptop.

Functions terribly. For as much as they charge it could operate better. Itâs not even formatted for fit phones or iPads correctly
Doesnât work
The app doesnât work just a plain white page. I have completely removed it from my phone and redownload it and it still doesnât work. Useless.
New version update doesnât work
Just updated 1d ago. Now I canât open the app just get white screen. I need this for my daily use. Very frustrating.
