Blank white screen
7:00 pm on a Friday night in my restaurant and I’m staring at a blank white screen… what manager doesn’t have time to go and sit down at their desktop in the middle of a Friday rush?????
No display
Recently , screen goes white 90% of the time I try yo use it. Tock needs to fix this glitch asap

It just stoped working. All I see now is a blank white screen. Totally useless app.
Move the new help button, please.
Can you get rid of the giant HELP button that you just stuck in front of the Wi-Fi refresh button? Our iPad sits right next to the router but still loses connection all the time and I have to refresh often but now I can’t.
Barely works
The app is always crashing and barely works. I am considering switching to use a different platform because of how inconsistent this app is I continually have to delete it and reinstall it just for it to work for a day or two and then crashes.
Always in repair mode
When it actually is fully functioning it works great. Unfortunately it’s continuously in some state of malfunction and I have to keep using my laptop.
Doesn’t even open
It opens to a blank white page on an a Iphone 17. I’ve tried reinstalling the app multiple times
Too many bugs
Keep having to delete and reinstall, non stop white screens. Be aware, this app never works.
Awful
Pretty much broken all the time. I wish some of these techies would test their product before they start selling it or fix it when it’s broken. Seriously, in what other area of society do we accept so many things that are sold for a profit but pretty much never function as they’re sold as, or function at all for that matter?

White screen
Like others I only get a white screen even after deleting & reinstalling. So I cannot even use this for our restaurant unless I’m at the iPad at the host stand. Useless!

First review ever. It’s a really bad situation when your business is glitched as hell and an update does fix a single glitch, but creates a million more.
My business is extremely integrated into Tock and their inability to get things to work greatly affects small businesses like mine. In a time that it’s already hard to try and keep a restaurant running profitably - Tock decides to make it even more difficult.
Add 7/15/26:
Whole new update and it has the same glitches as before. Obviously these ratings are coming from restaurant owners, GMs, Dining Room Managers. We need tools that work and give us access when we are not present. This app has become worthless.

Terrible app
Doesn’t even work half the time, I have to delete it and reinstall often. The program itself isn’t any good either but the price is the selling point over Open Table.
The app was working fine until a month ago
Every time I open the app it’s just white screen. I tried to uninstall and install and nothing no word from Support at all. It’s insane how this is not remedied still.
