Disgraceful
I bought two tickets to the show “disruption”, and I cannot retrieve my tickets unless I install the todaytix app. And even then I cannot print them and I cannot add them to my iPhone wallet. This is a disgraceful way to do business, and it sours me on the whole Signature Theater experience.

Very very difficult to navigate. I still can’t bring up my tickets and will have to get help at the theater.

Now that I’ve bought tickets three times, I got money off and free ticket protection. Nice to get benefits that build up even over time.
Fail
I’ve entered several ticket lottery’s and they all glitched, saying “drawing” well after the deadline.
Steals your data and doesn’t work
Really object to being forced to use this to retrieve a ticket that a friend had purchased for me. Why should I even need an app let alone give out my data? Couldn’t get it to work anyway but why should I have to give away my data to get a ticket I paid for? Awful. What about kids and old people with brick phones. Should be able to send the ticket without app and forced data sharing

Lead Actor Over Does it
Loved everything except for the lead actors performance, where he was far too creepy and overacting from the first seat instead of building to the convulsions etc, he was over the top from the beginning. I don’t know if this is a director’s problem or the actor can’t hold back. Loved everything else about it, but his performance was distracting rather than engaging.

Today Tix App
Very easy to use, heaps of show options and the bonus is the rush ticket. This is great for those who maybe can’t afford regular tickets price, it’s a great opportunity and it’s appreciated.
Stop sending west end notifications
I don’t live in London, I live in Australia. I don’t know why the app keeps sending me information about London shows. Very annoying. I otherwise like the app very much.
Update: the developer contacted me to explain how to adjust. I appreciated this - great service. I was confused because my location on the top left corner of the home page showed Melbourne. I gather now this is my ‘current location’ as opposed to my ‘home’ location that is set in the account menu. Not intuitive but all good! Updating to 5 star.

An app just to view the tickets?
Not sure why I’m having to download an app and set content preferences just to be able to access tickets I bought through the site. Will delete the app as soon as I’m done with this review.
Transfer ticket
I have been trying for one hour to transfer a ticket to my wife. All your app say is somethings gone wrong.
