GREAT APP!!!!
I’m so happy to have found this app! I use it almost exclusively to purchase tickets to events, theater, etc. and have saved so much money. As a senior on a budget, it means I can get out more while paying less. Everything works easily and I like being able to add my tickets to my Apple wallet.

I love using TodayTix. It’s so easy and now you can choose your seat at the performance you decide on. And it’s easy to find your tickets in the app. I’ve recommended TodayTix to everyone and I still continue to use them! Just ordered more tickets on the app!
Seat views would be so helpful
I've been using your app for years, and it's my go-to for tickets. I love the ease of use, the search function, how you reward loyalty. One thing that I struggle with sometimes is remembering the particularities of each theater in terms of seat views. It would be so helpful to see it on your app.
App now crashes after recent Sept updates

Today Tix App easy to use.
I bought tickets many times on Today’s Tix. It is easy to select tickets on the map. It shows an approximate view from the seats you purchase. Check-out is quick and easy.

Extremely disappointing customer service
I’ve been a TodayTix customer for YEARS, which makes this experience especially disappointing.
For several days, the app has crashed the moment I try to open it. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, cleared my browser data, tried Safari, Chrome, Wi-Fi and cellular data. Nothing works.
So I contacted TodayTix repeatedly, expecting someone to actually investigate the problem. Instead, I received responses that essentially repeated what I’d already told them — and then directed me back to their online customer Help Center.
Seriously?
YOUR APP IS CRASHING, YOUR WEBSITE IS CRASHING, AND YOUR SOLUTION IS TO SEND ME TO YOUR WEBSITE FOR HELP.
That’s not customer service. That’s a loop.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I don’t expect special treatment. I expect one actual human being to take ownership of a technical problem and investigate it.
It’s incredibly disappointing to see a company grow this large while becoming so inaccessible when a longtime customer actually needs help.
TodayTix: when your customers can’t get through the door, telling them to use the same door isn’t a solution.

Identification
Hi I’m a person with a disability and purchase tickets to pretty woman the musical on 9 September. I also have a companion card and I had a companion with me and they refused to issue the companion card so therefore I had to pay for two separate tickets. Yes I know they discounted on today. Tix app. But there should be clarification regarding the companion card. Please get back to me with the information regarding companion cards for tickets through this app.

I can no longer open the app. It immediately closes.

Great app for theatre lovers
I’ve been using this app for a few years, and as a Londoner who loves the theatre it’s well worth it. Buying tickets is easy, they alerts you to deals especially for shows you’re interested in, all your tickets are available in app and there are really worthwhile perks while you move up the tiers.
Such an innovative app
I love using the TodayTix app it’s so easy and intuitive and they’ve added a bunch of new features that I’m excited to try out!

It is a pleasure to buy from bed and not stand in line. The prices are modest. One can buy shortly before curtain time.

Best app for finding the greatest deals on all shows. Without the app I would never have seen so many shows, at unbeatable prices with incredible seats.
So convenient
No waiting in lines at crazy hours. No hassle with box offices. Convenient and good deals in advance, or last minute tickets (not as good a bargain but still better than Ticketmaster).
Really poor experience
Allows you to sign up via Apple and use the Apple masked ID feature.
However then you don’t receive your order confirmations, and when a show is cancelled (like I have just experienced). You don’t get an email confirming how to deal with your refund. Spend 30 minutes on chat, maybe have a refund (or maybe they have double charged me according to my pending bank payments!) and even though I’ve updated my account email from a masked Apple to a gmail they STILL can’t email me a refund confirmation email. Don’t allow Apple ID sign in if you can’t work with it…?
