Great customer support
I recently had trouble getting an update to work. The customer service team was really helpful and walked me through a few different things over email. We got the issue resolved and ever is working properly now! I do agree the high price is frustrating.
Excellent app, the best
I’ve been using TaskFire for 14 years in different iPhones, iPads and Macs I’ve had since and it’s easy to use in all devices, still have all my information and keeps on being a good, safe, easy to use task manager.

This app seems to synch constantly, & often will mark the wrong items as completed. It used to be an excellent app.

Out of business
Do not use. I used them for years and it was fine but it appears they have either gone out of business or just are ripping people off. The app no longer works and I am unable to cancel the subscription. Very shady!
AVOID!!! Hands Down Worst Company on the iOS AppStore
The software doesn’t work, it only synchronizes half the time and when it does it work, it ends up screwing up other things in the cloud. The “solution” for this problem (as told to me by the developers) is for the end user to delete their account and then start a new one from scratch. Additionally, if you’re looking for support, there’s none to be found. Nobody cares and nobody’s going to answer your email. I literally chased this company around for 6 or 7 months last in 2025 trying to get a fix or some kind of resolution as I paid full price for their app in 2015. I got one follow up reply telling me to make a new account and that was it ugh

Empty promises- no customer service
I’ve used this product for longer than I can remember. When my password failed, I reached out over and over with no response or way to obtain help. After months of trying, I recall generic email explaining they had a cloud problem. What? That prevented them from reaching out sooner? Save your money

App no longer syncing?
Just as the title says, the app is no longer syncing data, making it essentially useless. Even worse, this is NOT a free app; the developers are charging us for a cloud service they are failing to provide. I first purchased this app around 2010, and it worked great for years. Then they suddenly forced all users into a new cloud-based subscription model - even though we had already paid them for a non-cloud product with local memory. But they made the change without notice as we were stuck subscribing or we’d lose all our data. But now they can’t even provide the cloud service that they are charging us for. Very frustrating

Broken Now
This app has been good for a while but now have to create am account and log in. All of my tasks and lists are gone and just get constant errors. It’s completely broken other than being able to log in. Everything is up to date on the app and on iPhone 15 Pro Max. Please fix!
Exceptionally Poor Customer Service
I have been a client since the app’s inception, have a paid subscription, and now when I need help they are 100% non responsive. The program is plagued with problems, but yet they have no problem taking your money for services they don’t provide.
Broken end to end experience
Sync is busted, support is non existent and the publisher has real stones to continue trying to charge people for this experience.

So apparently v6 must require a premium to sync - my old version. Which said it never sync’d but like there are 3 items that showed up in this version
The review button in the app does nothing.
The review option in settings thanks me for writing a review but then does nothing so i took a bit to find this as it didn’t show up as todo but todo cloud.

Simply the best been using it for over 12 years. Try other stuff keep coming back to this. It’s the best.

Ни написание отрывов, обращение в службу поддержки ни чего не меняет. Приложение чудовищно тормозит. Не откликается по 20-30 секунд на клавиатуру. Невозможно нормально добавить новые задачи, отредактировать текущие.

Would not Recommend
Super hard to delete list and support is non-existent. We tried buying licenses for the whole team so we could share mutual list and it has been a complete nightmare
Good not perfect
What I really need, which this app just does not provide is something that allows me to prioritize things according to their monetary value, the estimated duration of the task, and the overall value of the task.
Still the best option
I’ve been using this App for my personal organisation for a long time and always found it really useful. Unfortunately, I do now have to pay to get some of the useful features like reminders and repeating tasks. I tried a number of other apps but none of them are as flexible and have as many good features. It’s easy to tag tasks and create different lists to slice and dice things. You can also add notes and attachments.
The additional reminders could be improved by being as they used to be allowing you to set a specific date and time before the due/start date rather than the current 1 day, 1 week etc.

Removed a crucial feature to the existing app
I’ve been using the older version of ToDo for years. I have no need for the cloud version and was perfectly happy with the version I had. Instead of trying to innovate new features to attract subscribers the developers decided in the most recent update to REMOVE a feature (repeating tasks) and put it behind a subscription paywall. Poor form. I’m deleting this app and moving on to a paid one from a developer who respects their customers.

Best todo app upon the iOS AppStore! I’ve been using Appigo’s Todo app since 2009 and it’s been a life saver. There are SO MANY things that I forget day to day but Todo reminds me if I write them down right away. This app will honestly change your life if you use it properly. As a writer, I constantly use Todo to write down small things that I want to remember later. This is an app which every busy professional and freelancer should have. Extremely buggy
Flashy features with poor execution. Bugs piling up. I’ve had an outstanding ticket open for months about a phantom overdue task. The browser interface is broken on Chrome. There has to better task manager apps out there. Go find one.
