Great Application and service

I rely on this app for all my antique book searches. It consistently helps me find books that aren’t easy to locate.

App Constant Server Issues

Have used TC without issue for probably 5+ years with a vpn. This last month the app is throwing server issue codes constantly with only one tab working at a time, if any at all. Pretty much unusable at this point. No clue if there’s suddenly an issue with VPNs (that I and others have always used in conjunction) or something else but please fix this so I can remove the negative review and continue using your once great app.

Doesn’t work for me, they don’t apreciare or allow mistakes from new customers.

I’m not sure how it works, I’ve only had negative experiences and attitudes from sellers. It’s been a bad experience, and I don’t recommend getting involved. It feels like potential customers are not welcome. I’m sure they have their circle of people, they can stay away from me.. I didn’t enjoy how I was treated, even though I purchased a collection.

ESTAFA

Te cobran comisiones por libros que no vendes, te desactivan el modo vacaciones sin avisar y te borran la cuenta si te quejas. Con 200 libros y el trabajo de subirlo, la atención al cliente es pésima y ademas la aplicación es poco intuitiva y difícil de usar

Bad user interface

It is almost impossible to do certain thing such as cancel an order as it is nowhere to find in the app. Also I had a hard time to note that I received a parcel nor did I know I have to mark this . Overall user interface and experience of the app is terrible .

Stay away

Unless you know what you are doing with international transfer of funds and know exactly what you are liable for legally, I would not succumb to the simplicity implied by the ebay-esque/ craigslist-esque styled app or negocio.

Got my account restricted

Every single day when I try to buy a item then I paid the seller then the seller cancelled the order and I got my account restricted. I'm very disappointed don't use this app!!!!

Fix the search algorithm

I find great items here that I can’t find elsewhere. However, the search function is terrible. I have plenty of saved searches but they are unmanageable because of how the app updates searches. It says sometimes I have 10 new items and then shows 2. Or it shows pretty much everything in the search. It also doesn’t update the search results consistently so you can’t really tell if you’re seeing something new or not. This is basic functionality. Fix it please.

I got my account restricted!!

This app should be shut down because I'm was going to buy a item and I paid the seller And then the seller cancelled the order without concern and I got my account blocked But there is a way to report the seller & I try making accounts to buy items when I created a new account and then buy a item and I also keep my account restricted for no reason this app should be shut down immediately!!!!!!!!!

Scam site

Sent £30 for two post cards right email address by Paypal .said had not received money got in touch with Paypal said I sent the money to email which they gave(seller) says she never received money and said I was making fun at her . Scam site keep away.
