Gross misuse of data to require a birthday to use your app. Contact your loyalty software provider and make this optional. Makes me wonder about whether you’re actually CCPA compliant. Maybe I’ll submit a right to forget request and see
Au Ju Dipping Broth
Did Togo’s get rid of their dipping au ju for the hot roast beef sandwich? We ordered a hot roast beef but we did not get any dipping sauce.

I’ve been enjoying Togo’s products for over 30 years. Product quality is consistently good.
The latest app update is horrible. It’s buggy, it constantly badgers me to allow location tracking even though I already declined that, and it reloads frequently during the ordering process causing the user to lose information and have to start over. Such a pain! Hire a better app developer!!

How amazing your employees are
This is the best store ever there sandwiches are great. The service is absolutely wonderful and I am just very blessed to be a customer here.
Broken App
When you update it takes you to this page that says you have to migrate. So you say ok and you go to a page where it asks for infi that you have provided before but have to do again now. Once you enter the info, the submit bottom doesn’t work. Just sits there. It’s bad that they force customers to do their data migration for them. Seems a shoddy design. But then they built a non functional app. Wonder if the other sandwich places care about their customers as little as Togo’s does?

50-Year Fan!
Just ordered yet another sandwich and wrap and remembering ordering my first Togos in 1976 — a large The Italian sandwich. Same great place it was back then. Where else can you go and have the owner make you a sandwich and she even remembers our favorite orders with all the changes. Rhonda in El Dorado Hills is the best. God bless GREAT service and ownership. BRAVO!

Don’t like that you change the program to earn rewards

I’ve tried to log into the app. It says my password is wrong. I ask to reset. I get a message account was found and check email. I never get the email. I’ve tried 5 different day. So 5 different times it didn’t work so I went to the competition for dinner.

I really enjoy coming to Togo in Pinole, Ca. Amer is absolutely thr best when it comes to customer service. He is truly dedicated to making the customer experience exciting and rewarding.
Bad app Bad rewards
Terrible rewards program the old 10 dollars off was way better. The codes for app do not work. Plus truly terrible deals anyway. 5 dollars off is great for the company but not for me.

I recently ordered a hot turkey cranberry sandwich. When I got home, it was cold like it just came out of the refrigerator. Please listen to customers and use active listening skills.
Keeps losing everything
Every few weeks this app loses all my previous orders, all my favorites, and my address. I know I’m logged in because it addresses me by name, but everything else is just gone.
