Why remove customization?
Using the over-publicized new version (May 2026) of app. Who in their right mind took out the toggles to remove/include sandwich toppings? Making it less usable won’t win over customers
Update lost fav orders and boring
I do not like the new update that I have received. The application is not visually engaging; and my favorite orders are lost. The app did keep my reward points but why change?
New App prevents login!
I tried to save my points in the new app, but it told me the email address for my account is already taken! Of course it was! I have an existing account! That’s why I want to save my points! Do I have to create a new account with a different email address? Neither the app or the Togo’s website is helpful. Thanks Togo’s for marketing a new and improved app that doesn’t work.

Love our Tuesday Togos - staff went over and beyond when I was in a bind last Thu night - it really made our evening to get our weekly Togos dinner when we had a time conflict, My wife and i get Togos one night per week - we absolutely love you guys, THANKS A MILLION!
This is the worst app.
Locked me out of two accounts, with no ability to reset. They send you codes to authenticate that their system won’t recognize. Don’t waste your time.
Original Togos 70s Kid
I remember Togos when I was 10 years old. A grew up in San Jose and use to get my hair cut downtown. Afterwards, mom would take us to this really cool sandwich shop in a small little shack. I had a swinging screen door and lines down the street. East Williams Street. A stone’s throw away from SJSU

Won’t let me order certain sandwiches from the app that the store verified they have, app doesn’t run smooth always a production

I have been locked out of my account for months I’ve tried recreating one it won’t allow me too and every time I try to reset I just get a big red notice saying I’ve been locked out… I guess I’ll order from Jersey Mikes

Can’t order from the app
I tried to order online yesterday and today and I’m getting a server response error which doesn’t allow me to order online. Please fix.
Inadvertently Saves Money
This app saves me money by automatically removing drinks or chips from my cart or stopping me from placing an order when it periodically claims my local TOGO’S doesn’t carry LAY’S Sour Cream & Onion chips (which are always in stock when I’m there). Fortunately, the app hasn’t automatically removed a sandwich without notifying me in advance of payment.

Couldn’t place order
I added Albacore Tuna and Turkey Cranberry sandwiches to my cart. The app showed $0.00 total in the cart and when I tried to confirm, the app said the items were not available. Also, selecting the Change Togo’s style radio button option would not allow me to change the options. I gave up and went to In-n-Out. The app is too buggy to make it worthwhile to use it.

Please fix the app I can’t sign in they locked my account not sure why but I never had issues before now I can’t even use the app or sign in please fix it!
