会員登録できない

会員登録しようとアプリをダウンロードし、新規会員登録からアドレスを入力後認証コードがそもそも来ない……
アドレスが正しいか念の為確認しつつ
3回ほど再送信と10分待つを繰り返してみたものの音沙汰無しです。
認証コードが届かない場合のQ&Aを見ても「アドレスの入力間違いか迷惑メールに振り分けられていませんか？」という対処法のみ。
正しいアドレスで迷惑メールにも届いていない場合はどうしたら良いのか？

会員登録しなければ旧ポイントカードの統合も出来ず無意味です。

Guys, to get anyone to call it トスポ you need to change the app icon so it just says トスポ. I’ve never heard a customer or station store employee call it トスポ but we all wish we could say something shorter.
