Good Product That Lost Its Way
I’ve been using Tokeet for several years, and for a long time it was a solid channel manager. It wasn’t perfect, but it was reliable and got the job done.
Unfortunately, things have gone downhill significantly over the past year. It feels like the company became focused on adding AI features and marketing buzzwords rather than improving the core product. Prices increased, the platform was redesigned, and many of the features that worked well either disappeared or became harder to use.
The biggest issue is stability. I’m constantly running into bugs and inaccurate information. The app regularly shows false double bookings, booking details are displayed incorrectly, moving reservations is problematic, and overall the interface feels unfinished and poorly tested. The mobile app has become especially frustrating to use.
What disappoints me most is that Tokeet already had a good product. Instead of refining and improving it, it feels like they rushed out major changes without adequate testing. The result is a more expensive platform that is far less reliable than it used to be.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but after years as a customer, I can honestly say the experience has become increasingly frustrating.

Be merciful to yourself
After years of issues, problems, misunderstandings, lost tens and hundreds of thousands, we’ve left. Save yourself some money and nerves.
Extra hidden charges
This app starts off reasonable, but they start changing it and taking away features that you are used to make you pay extra for it.
My advice is to choose a different channel manager.
The owners of my vacation rentals used to be able to check the monetary values of bookings and they have now hidden this and make you pay an extra £20 a month !!! PER OWNER.

Fantastic Channel Manager!
I’ve been a Tokeet customer now for well over a year. I will say that when you first begin with Tokeet, you will need to learn the software and understand how everything connects, flows, etc. Not easy so plan on being frustrated in the beginning. There is no phone support but they are available 24/7 via messaging and will answer and solve your issues every time. Tokeet is one of the few PMS systems that offer a phone app. I love being able to work my properties from my phone which is a huge plus! The app works great and never had an issue with it. Again, hardest part is learning how to navigate. Once you know it, you will be very pleased with Tokeet. Pricing is also on the lower side versus competition. Thank you Tokeet!

Latest version: new features but lots of bugs
Rarely write reviews - the new version at first seemed great as you can now add bookings from the app (as well as other features which were only available via website) which is very useful. However there are loads of bugs and it’s super glitchy which has made it impossible to use. The calendar brings up January in 2017 and you can’t select today’s day without scrolling through the months and years! It takes so long I’ve stopped using it and just open tokeet up on my desktop or laptop! Wouldn’t know if any other features work as I get so frustrated I’ve almost stopped using the app altogether.
