Adding Recipe defaults to Chinese?
The app had been working fine until a recent update. Now when adding a new recipe to the app, the app language changes from the selected language to Chinese. I don’t read Chinese so I am unable to use this function.
Can’t login
As per previous feedback here, I’m unable to login as it states that I am on a Singapore server although app and omnicooker set to UK. Very disappointed
Impossible to connect
Is impossible for me to connect the app with the machine. I have error for the region, even if I set up same region on both devices. Is quite frustrating

£1000 machine that I can’t log in to

The machine is good, the mechanical design is not far from Thermomix.
But the software is not so user friendly, you cannot import recipes, and there are so many Asian recipes. I was looking for more Mediterranean or European recipes -I just found only a few 5-6 😞

App-Nutzung für TOKIT OmniCook
Die Übersetzung sowohl in der App als auch auf dem Omni ist leider sehr Mangelhaft, was ich für den sehr hohen Preis zu schade finde.
Das Anmelden in der App funktionierte auf meinem IPhone 13 nur sehr schwergängig.
Meine OutlookMail nahm die App gar nicht, mit Googlemail ging es, die App versucht allerdings Daten an die XiaomiApp zu übertragen, dort bekomme ich wiederum nur einen leeren, weißen Bildschirm.
Die Rezeptauswahl ist bei anderen Apps deutlich größer und viele Rezepte sind auch von der mangelhaften Übersetzung betroffen.
Schade das die Software noch in einem so frühen Entwicklungsstand/Übersetzungsstand ist, da die Funktionen der Maschine an sich super sind.

Website is consistently down for days/weeks at a time.

Man nicht machen. Sobald man auf „Gerät hinzufügen“ oder „Konto“ geht, sieht man nur noch einen weißen Bildschirm.

Ignore the session expired pop up
Press cancel instead of log in, and you're still logged in. The login issue people are having is when you try to login whilst already logged in.

Terrible
App won’t connect to machine. Terrible customer service. Machine sent with only half of parts nothing heard from customer service. Don’t buy. Sadly machine seems okay but no way of saving your own recipes without the app on your phone.

Goes round in circles and refuses to connect.. one screen in Chinese so no idea what you are doing.
Finally got in but if it is going to take me 20 minutes every time I am not going to use it.
The reason I did the pain was to see if there was an update.. there isn’t.

nothing advertised in this app exists in the Apple product
The features describe here are not supported by the app or buy this product, the only allows searching existing recipes, no customization, no control of the device remotely, and everything else he does not exist. Other than pairing device and even that is only a limited Markets, the features here are make-believe including the screenshots of should be removed or tokit the obligated to support these features in a product that cost $1000 at least and his way over priced with the functionality that it currently supports despite what is advertised.

Unable to sign up
Downloaded for a Tokit induction cooktop. The app won’t accept my email address to sign up 🤷♂️
Can’t login
I think this app is supposed to work with a Tokit induction cooker. The cooker is great, except many of its features must be enabled by the app. So I downloaded the app and created a userid and agreed to the Ts&Cs and logged in. Within seconds I got a message saying my login had timed out and was asked to log in again. I tried but was faced with the little timer wheel of doom just going round and round forever. Deleted the app, reloaded it, tried again. Same result. Not sure what to do next. For now I’ll just give up on the extra features and use the cooker in its basic mode. Disappointed!
