Absolute garbage
If you want to find your way around you would be better off using a compass and a keen sense of direction, how you cannot have the names of attractions on the map so you can view without having to select each waiting time is astounding, every time you click on somewhere you may want to go the view orientation changes so you then loose total perspective of where you where, i’m giving up now because i could keep listing things wrong with it and all it’s done is ruin the experience, pro tip, just have map boards located everywhere and then you might solve half the problems, if could rate zero i would

Terrible app
Kept glitching. Would not allow me to add a premier pass. Was very difficult to book reservations for a restaurant.
Terribly map design
My biggest complaint is that the map flips between the two parks way too easily when you get close to the boundary between the parks and spins the map in the process. Search function is either non-existent or way too hard to find. Maybe easy to use for those who use it often, but as a first time user I wanted to throw my phone in the lake.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE
As always, Disney produces the worst software possible no search function everything doesn’t work. This is made navigating the park with my disabled Mum and nightmare. Get it together, Disney.

Never thought of Disney producing this piece of garbage app. Cannot do anything useful. Loose it for good.
This app completed ruined my day
All I do for the day is to check when DPA is available on the app and I can’t enjoy this park. This experience is the worst of my day. Please make some changes. I hate Disney so much and regretted coming because of this app
Terrible user experience
The app was constantly glitching and slow. It’s incredibly frustrating to use a credit card, which is required to do almost anything within the app. A foreign credit card will work one time, and then later requiring an SMS verification the next. We can’t receive SMS verification, and there’s no option for any alternative, like an email. When almost every ride requires Disney Premier access pass, but I can’t actually login and pay for them, it really diminishes the entire experience. And I can’t create and verify a card ahead of time. Super disappointed with using this app.

Actually the worst app ever I couldn’t even buy my ticket because it was stuck loading for an hour 🙂
Randomly stopped working
App worked fine for a few hours, then continued to error/time out to the point that it was nonfunctional to use for anything - map, wait times, mobile ordering. I had full cellular signal, I tried resetting my device, tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Definitely not a highlight of the Disney visit.

Self rotating map.
Fix this terrible app
Me and my friends spent hours of our time in Disney trying to manage and figure out this confusing app. There was multiple instances were we would entering card information and be ready to check out and had to redo it because the slot was taken. There was MUTIPLE times were the app wouldn’t even load past the home screen leaving more time spent trying to figure out this app than actually walking around Disney. Worst app for ANY Disney app and I regret spending my own hard earned dollar supporting this non functioning app. I wish I could give this app negative starts honestly worst use of my phone battery ever.

FIX THIS APP
it is genuinely slowest, hardest to use, most frustrating app in the entire world. it is literally taking away from our disney experience. if i could give it zero stars believe me i would.
Awful
The app shuts down always. And then to open again is very slow. It always requests to scan the ticket for any fast pass, reservations or requests. Even though the ticket is already in the account. I think is from the time people had printed tickets, and makes have to use two phones always. And for the restaurants they only do for japan residents.

Terrible app
Map is impossible to navigate and takes forever to load. Can’t even buy tickets in a timely fashion with this app. Waste of time to try to use this.

Probably one of the worst apps I've ever used. The map doesn't even stay oriented the same direction it randomly spins. None of the rides are labeled. It's worthless. Makes for a frustrating day at a big park.
