Scam
Response from developer
You're right that version 1.14 let you down, and we're sorry. We've rebuilt the app from the ground up since then — sign-up, number activation and calling were all reworked — and that shipped as version 2.0.0, which is live now. If you're willing to give it one more try, we think you'll find a very different app than the one you reviewed. If anything still goes wrong, open Support in the app and we'll handle it personally.
A Rip off
Response from developer
We'd like to fix this. First, update — the September release rebuilt in-app calling and setup. If it still fails, message us in the app's Support tab and tell us what you see: the number, incoming calls, or billing.
Very unhappy customer

Elisa — you're right, and I'm sorry. You paid, the calls didn't work, and no one answered when you asked for help. That last part is the one I regret most, and it's fixed: there is now a Support chat built into the app, and a real person answers it. The calling problems in 1.14 were real too. We rebuilt the app from the ground up and released it as version 2.0.0 — sign-up, number activation and calling all work differently now. We still owe you the refund you asked for. Please open Support in the app and we'll take care of it.
Scam app
Response from developer
Taking your money and not giving you a number is indefensible. We're sorry — that should never have happened, and it's the reason we rebuilt the app. In version 2.0.0 the number is assigned as soon as the subscription is confirmed. Sign-up, activation and calling were all rewritten from scratch; the version you paid for is gone. If you were charged and never received a number, open Support in the app — we'll find your purchase and make it right.
This is totally scam company
Response from developer
Showing you a number that was never actually activated is as bad as it sounds. We're sorry — that's a real failure from version 1.x, not something you misread. We rebuilt the app because of exactly this. Version 2.0.0 is a ground-up rewrite of sign-up, activation and calling, and it also added a support chat inside the app that a person actually answers — the thing you couldn't find in 2025. About the $18.49: open Support in the app and we'll deal with it directly.
