Horrendous app to use.
This app makes its unbelievably difficult to make any changes to the account. I.e. password.
Jumping through multiple hoops. (Not authentication factors) just difficult tasks for the simple access to an HSA account. Of my current 7 banking relationships this is and has been the most frustrating app to deal with.

This app is terrible
The app continually says my password is incorrect, yet I can login using the same information on a web browser. If you are able to login the app is slow and unintuitive.
You are also not able to access tax documents from the app — you have to use the website for this purpose as well.
Really quite awful, and I wouldn’t even think of banking with this company were it not for the fact that my company uses them for an HSA.
Piss off.
