App crashes a lot!!!
Lately the app has been crashing a lot, doesn’t let you check tracking info from the app
needs massive amount of improvements
I use dark mode on my iphone 12 and I can not even see any of letters when typing in on the search bar and when browsing categories... must be fixed if to keep customers

For all this complaining about not receiving their things, just use PayPal. PayPal verifies sellers and secures your transaction so if the seller doesn’t send you the stuff PayPal can just reimburse you. There’s a bug that crashes the app when you try to look at your purchases/tracking so just use the website on a browser for seamless use. I Got four Lixida Moving head gobos lights and they are some pretty awesome lights and even though shipping took a while it wasn’t a big deal unless you pay for expedited. Wish there were coupons but you can’t have everything.

Disappointed
I purchased a lenovo X smart watch it took forever to be delivered then it was in a foreign language I assume it’s Chinese. How am I supposed to use it? Can’t reach any customer service. Try accessing my account with their app it crashes when I choose my account. It will allow me to shop more no problem but try to access my account such as previous orders and it crashes! I wasted my hard earned money! Wish I could rate it at no stars!

Good place for shopping
Good experience with shopping there. Great customer service, sometime need to wait couple hours for email response because different time zone but I got my issue professionally resolved.

Purchased a drone from these guys the purchase cleared my credit card but tracking number does not work every time I click on the tracking number on the app or on the browser it crashes my whole app their scam artist they don’t have a phone numbers and they don’t respond to emails!!!!!!
Do not buy from this site
I updated my last glowing review of TOMTOP to now mk sure u don’t buy from them. The 1st item I bought is hardly working anymore but as it was only $10 I’m not fighting it. The 2nd item is a bladeless fan 4 $60 that’s the problem. It didn’t look or wrk as described & barely wrkd at all unless u did everything manually & not thru the remote. They say u can return any item 4 any reason within 14 days. Not true. They asked 4 a video 2 prove I was telling the truth so I sent 1 in. Received an email saying they were sending it 2 their tech dept 2 see if they could help. I just want my money back. After not hearing from them 4 over 2wks I wrote in 2 more times. Received another email asking me 2 send in a video w the problem. I’ve had enough. Have no choice but 2 dispute the charge.
Btw don’t go by the reviews on their site or any 5 star reviews on here. I got several coupons 4 giving my original 5 Star review on here. On their site I gave them 4 1/2 stars on my 1st item & was told if I changed it 2 5 stars they’d give me xtra coupons. Still have the email since I was stunned. U need an xtra 1/2 Star that bad, it’s just sad.

Don’t buy here
I placed an order for an item. I tried to look on the website to tracking information only to learn that they have no information about my order yet the money was taken out of my account. They never answer the phone when you call and whoever is responding to the online chat asks the same question over and over in a different way. I would never recommend this company to anyone and they should be shut down

Not a good place to buy anything
I bought three things from this app and received none of them. The orders go back to February so obviously there is no hope I would receive what I paid for in US dollars. Every time I contacted their customer service they said check your post office. Deleted the app and reported it to PayPal who’s trying to return my money. Never had that with eBay.

NOT an honest company
I have been dealing with TomTop for the last few years. They are slow with delivery but thats to be expected since theyre shipping from China. My problem is that recently they have been using false advertising techniques. I bought a window cleaning sprayer but they DID NOT include the soap powder. No where in their add did they state that the soap powder WAS NOT included. I mean, would you buy a window cleaning product WITHOUT the cleansing powder? And for almost $10??!!! Also, I purchased a gel cushion with a photograph of a black cover. The cover DID NOT arrive with the gel cushion. A picture of a black cover (with FREE cover displayed on mailing box) was shown in their advertisement. I WILL NOT be dealing with TomTop in the future.
I contacted their Customer Service and they were quick to respond. They were completely unyielding in their response.

“1-3 day shipping”...
I purchased a drone on this site and it said it would come in within 1-3 business day(s). And I needed this by a specific date (my vacation).I thought I could trust this site by delivering by then! Before you judge me, I understand that there could be shipping delays and other thing, but really, TWO weeks! I had already come back from my vacation! The drone was nice but I was quite disappointed in the time that that it took to get to my address. So before you checkout on this website consider that the shipment time may be a lot longer than you thought. And I really hope the company plans on providing customers with a more accurate shipment delivery date.

Super shady!!! I have tried to talk to their “support center” multiple times and have gotten nothing but rude remarks and comments, and no help whatsoever with what I was actually asking about. I paid extra for 5-12 day shipping and now, more than a month later I still don’t have the product I ordered. Also, there is by way to track your package or anything. I have no idea if it’s coming via fedex, ups, usps, etc. I am not happy at all about this. I have emailed the “support center” multiple times since they stopped being available to talk to online and on the app, and have gotten no response even though it says they’ll get back to me as soon as possible. But seriously DO NOT use this company. The prices may be cheaper, but you may not be getting what you’re ordering. You’re better off to pay a little extra elsewhere.

I placed an order with this company before reading reviews and when I found all the bad reviews they had I decided it’s best if I don’t shop here so within minutes of the order being place I call the company and can’t get ahold of anyone just a bad quality recording of a girl with broken English giving an automated message, clearly at that point I realize it’s a company in Asia. So I decide to write them an email, maybe because the time difference they missed my call. I had a bad feeling about it so I called the bank and did a stop payment on the transaction. The next day I receive an email that my item has already been shipped and they can’t do a return or cancel it cuz it’s on it’s way to America. I said really I called and wrote you guys within minutes to make sure my order was cancelled and they write back a day later saying it’s too late??? WOW! That’s not how we do business in America. But it’s okay they wanted to be shady and messed themselves up, my bank is doing a stop payment and I've got a free gift on the way. But based on common reviews I don’t think I’ll want the products anyways. Save yourself the trouble and just don’t buy from this company

They don’t care about their customers unless they use Paypal so they can get paid. Then you ask about why it’s taking so long to get a purchase and they tell you to be patient. And when they prove to be right and the item breaks they don’t want to believe you!
