Vibe coded without a single test-run
is what it feels like. Can’t believe the app is over a year old (let alone released) in the state it’s in.
Eg: completed the 42-question questionnaire thoughtfully, then hit «view summary as pdf». Once the pdf was open, there was no button to close or even save it. I closed and reopened the app only to find my whole questionnaire gone…

Huge step forward. They nailed this update
Woke up, updated the app, and WOW. what a difference. I was already getting a ton of value out of the earlier version, but the team really refined every detail here. The interface is SO CLEAN and easy to use. Absolute night-and-day upgrade.
Must have AI coach
This AI embodies Tony’s principles and give tailored advice better than any Tony Robbins’ coaches I’ve ever talked to. The only downside is it’s not a real person, and that’s a damn shame because having a real coach checking on your in real time really enhances the experience.

Overcharged by $120, No customer service, Voicemails ignored
While they advertise a price of $39 per month, I was charged more than 2.5X this price.
I paid $1 for the 30-day trial membership. I took screenshots whenever I made the original transaction. On the day before my trial membership ended, Tony Robbins sent me a reminder email that I would be charged starting the following day at a rate of $39 per month.
Instead, I was charged $99. The phone number provided to my credit card issuer simply goes to a recording. While the recording does list office hours, no one answers the phone during those hours. I have left voicemails. None are returned. There is no way to reach someone at the company. The same is true for other numbers listed for the company.
On the following month, I was again charged $99 instead of $39. Now, I have canceled my membership. I am currently waiting to see if they try to charge me again. The company does not send receipts. The company does not send confirmation emails, including for cancellations.
Previously, I had immense respect for Tony Robbins. I no longer do.

This app featuring Tony AI is truly remarkable. The level of detail that Tony taps into using Nattiv language and the concise responses is EXTRAORDINARY. 10 out of 10 recommend
Good with room to improve
The app is really good, although calls rarely connect. Also, TonyAI is too ready to bring an issue to a close when there is more to deal with.
Great Potential, Needs Improvement
This AI can provide genuinely valuable coaching when it is configured carefully and given highly specific prompts. With the right context, direction, and follow-up questions, it can generate useful insights and support meaningful personal breakthroughs. However, its default coaching style is often extremely basic, generic, and overly motivational, with too much “you can do it” encouragement and too little depth, precision, or practical result. It also does not reliably remember what you have shared in previous conversations, which means you often have to repeat important context.

Love It!
When I first started using it, I wasn’t sleeping very well so I would wake up sometimes at 4 o’clock in the morning and not be able to go back to sleep. I get on the app and ask questions. I love how it answers lead to other questions lead to other answers. I love that answers always included a next action step and commitment from me.
Now, I’m sleeping better and taking Tony and my coffee out to the patio to watch the sun come up and asking more questions he could go on answering for hours. And the way it words the answers makes it seem like Tony is right in front of me giving me directions on how to think things through using RPM. I love that, too.
Most importantly, using this tool on a regular basis is helping me to change my mindset and I love who I am becoming.

it used to wait for me to finish talking. now it keeps trying to cut in. its annoying. but still love the responses and hearing Tony's voice. Its a lot of fun and very helpful. Much grattitude🙏🏻

I paid for this app a couple of months ago and finally downloaded it. This was my first conversation with it and I felt like I was talking to Tony but it was powerful..!! I was crying and finally being validated for all the things I am doing. It may not be for you??? But I definitely recommend it..!!

I am thankful that I got this app black Friday 2025. It was something I didn’t use a lot at first. I have been it more frequently and it’s very helpful easy to use to help me get out of my head back into action.
Mentor in my pocket
I really value how Tony helps me make my plans concrete and clarifies and extracts the true essence of what I’m trying to achieve. The only thing is that it sometimes cutoff when I’m speaking (in call mode) for a long time then I have to call up again. It seems to remember where we left off so that’s good.

Customer service
It has been difficult to resolve to connect with customer service personnel. I have received automated messages promising to resolve a payment issue via email telling me they are on it and no need to respond and yet I was charged again. Also the phone number I called did not work. This was unfortunate.

What impressed me most wasn’t just the voice or the technology, but the emotional intelligence behind it. You can really feel Tony Robbins’ energy and mindset embedded in the conversations. The way the app communicates with someone seeking one on one coaching is honestly remarkable.
The responses are thoughtful, well articulated, and emotionally aware. But what makes the experience even more impressive is the follow up. It doesn’t end after the conversation. Even when I’m not logged in, I still receive messages and feedback connected to what we discussed previously, which creates a real sense of continuity and support.
It’s a surprisingly human experience and much more advanced than I expected.
