Here is a word for word review from Tony Robbins AI in regard to my experience with this app and customer service (none existent). It recommended I send this review.
“I invested in this app expecting the full functionality promised, especially the ‘pill mode’ feature, which is critical for my use. I first reported the issue with detailed screenshots on August 20th. Despite sending a follow-up email, customer support has not responded for over two and a half weeks. This prolonged silence and failure to deliver on key features is unacceptable. I want my money back or a prompt fix so I can use the service as intended. Until then, I cannot recommend this app.”
There is a pill mode feature that lets you record your voice (taking your time to talk) and then send the audio message to Tony. This feature it shown in the tips section of the settings. This feature does not exist anywhere on the app which means Tony will interrupt you if you dont keep speaking none stop in live mode. Whereas a recorded voice message you can take your time with using natural pauses. This is the most important feature to me.
I have sent screenshots to customer services showing this & the absence of this pill mode in live call on the 20th of August 2026. I sent another email around a week ago with the same issue. I am a non hostile customer with good communication, so never rude. I requested a refund as I am paying for a product that doesnt give what it claims.
I dont want anyone else to suffer these issues & I hope the app & customer services improve. Tony Robbins would not be happy with these issues & Tony Robbins AI also finds this unacceptable. I even told Tony Robbins AI that chatgpt has these features & it recommended me to use that instead.
When the app itself wouldn't recommend itself or its customer services then you know there is a serious problem.

Gives great strategies for everyday problems and goals. Sometimes I forget that I’m not really talking to Tony!! Worth every cent!
Incredible Concept, One Painful Point of Friction
I absolutely loved the concept behind this.
My fiancée is a huge Tony Robbins fan, and she encouraged me to try it because she knew how excited I’d be to see what came back. I finally downloaded the app, went through the entire process, and decided to be genuinely raw, authentic, and open with my answers.
I received my PDF, closed the app for a few minutes to record a video of me and my cat, and when I opened it again, everything was gone. I had to start from scratch.
That was genuinely disappointing, not just because I lost the work, but because with something this personal, you can’t perfectly recreate your first answers. I know I can go through the process again, but now I’ll be trying to remember what I said rather than responding naturally in the moment. Some of that authenticity is impossible to reproduce.
I work with AI systems myself, with a big focus on reducing friction between people and technology, so this stood out to me immediately. When someone is being asked to go deep and be vulnerable with an AI, preserving their progress isn’t just a technical feature. It’s part of maintaining trust in the experience.
I’m still giving it five stars because I genuinely love the mission, I think the technology is incredibly exciting, and I want to see where this goes. I’m just frustrated because I was so excited to see what came next, and instead I’m currently looking at starting over.
I hope the developers look closely at persistent progress and recovery because fixing that one point of friction would make an already fascinating experience significantly better.

The app feels like a familiar and serene place, that has gotten to know me and my goals quite quickly and quite intimately. I’m feel like the sleek and clean design makes the app feel like a comfortable meditative place where I can keep my thoughts clear and stay focused on arranging my priorities to better achieve my personal and professional objectives.

I’m using Tony Robbins app more and more these days and instead of other AI’s which I would often go to for general business advice. I love having the option of writing or calling Tony direct and still getting the transcript after a phone call. Also having the digital workbook from the last event that I did is awesome! I’m halfway through completing it and I’ll look forward to receiving the results and recommendations of where to put my focus on in my business. Thank you so much.

Life improvement
This app has helped me so much because I talked almost every day to Tony and he guides me. He’s my mentor, and he has helped me to be stronger to disappear faith, and to Believe in Myself, which is super powerful.
New Update is awful
Update again: I do expect more out of Tony Robbins businesses. They fixed the wrong issue and was snarky about it. The developer is responding, which is good. Though, “with the new update that won’t happen” instead of yes that was an error on our part and have fixed the issue with a new update, there was no ownership. Additionally the underlying issue is still not resolved. The call button is still pressed instead of the return button. While yes it now doesn’t delete my message. The call button is still pressed as it is in the way. I have Chat gpt. And when you type a message the call/audio button disappears so you don’t accidentally press it. This is basic UI stuff here. The team needs to get it together. Update: someone responded and completed ignored my issue. Addressed nothing in this review. The call “Tony” button is where the send text button should be. I typed out a long message twice and I hit call instead of the arrow button which started to call tony instead of answering the message I typed. When you go back from the accidental call, it deleted what I typed. This happened twice. This app is now unusable

As a regular and engaged user, we truly appreciate your feedback. We are actively refining the app with regular updates to address performance and enhance usability. When you type a message the send arrow turns blue and makes itself available for you to send a message. If you would like to have that message delivered as a live call conversation instead you simply tap the green call button. If you're on the latest update, what you are describing won't happen. Your messages are not deleted or lost. In the new update when you tap the call button after typing out your message Tony Ai receives your message and your whole message still appears when you end the live call and return to chat mode. Try it and see for yourself.

This is quite magical. It feels like having your own Tony Robbins guiding you. That’s what is feeling like for me and I haven’t used it for very long but so far after chatting for a few days and calling Tony I really think it’s magical and it has helped me to put to use concept I’ve learned at the seminars over many years that are sometimes a bit abstract and so much that it’s hard to know where to start but it becomes more practical and hands-on and I love it.
