Download a few days ago and my phone is now overheating when causing my battery life fast!
I have a brand new iPhone 17 Pro and since I use this app for a few days now my battery life has drained, faster than ever and Causing my phone to overheat and not charge to full capacity because of it Hopefully a quick fix is in the works. If so, I will change my review. Other than that, I love the features in the app and the perks.

This exchange is a scam and has blocked my account for no valid reason.
Absolute worst crypto exchange yet.
The asset price is far lower than not listed on other exchanges because they have next to nothing for volume so if you ever have a big trade, good luck selling or buying. The user interface is complete garbage you cannot even set to take profit without setting a stop loss, which is the dumbest thing I’ve seen on an exchange yet. Don’t waste your time and money with these guys. There are far better exchanges out there.. Coinbase is a little pricey, but it’s probably the most trustworthy.

Not the bonus claimed
The advertising said a 50 USDT bonus would be paid into a futures account after joining up. That was never paid. A small bonus was supposed to be given if one deposited 200 USDT, but that never was. The interface is poor. The only good thing is no KYC is necessary if you only deposit crypto, and not fiat.

Exchange sucks
Such a hardcore manipulated exchange. You set a stop-loss or try to exit a trade… bam. Doesn’t exist and now you’re liquidated.

100% they will take from your profit, the have there ways of taking from your profits in seconds do it doesn’t show in the chart it’s not easy to sue them neither is it worth it if your not using a lot of money

Definitely wouldn’t recommend that anyone that values customer service or an exchange that actually pays rewards that you earn…I had massive trading volume and deposits and they snaked me out of all my reward after liquidation and I wouldn’t have knew of the place at all but I saw it on Banter Bubbles and clicked on it and made an account but I’m in crypto and losses are just a part of the game but I won’t deal with the exchanges playing games from a desk and keyboard so I loose but at least now people know what type of stuff they do!!!….i recommend BLOFIN, PIONEX, MexC, even Coin X or BTCC but I WOULD NOT try toobit if I were you!!…Ran and Crypt banter should take it down for banter bubbles to keep ppl safe!!!

Serious Overheating and Battery Drain
Since the recent updates, the app has started causing my phone to overheat significantly. It also drains the battery very quickly, which wasn't happening before. Please investigate and optimize the app's performance.
Account issue
I lost my apple id and my account but there is no one in customer support to help me so i will think about a different exchange app😔

I’m a beginner just trying to get an understanding and familiarity with the use and platform. Unfortunately there is a lot to this program. Which, is really awesome and insightful. However, for an introductory to the crypto space it’s quite difficult to understand. There’s vocabulary that is foreign and yes the internet is a wide open source for information but bouncing back and forth trying to make simple trades; it’s not for the faint of heart.
