I did a job today July 6th 2023 and I was told I would be paid the latest 11:00 I been patient enough WHERE IS MY MONEY!!!
Works good but wish the GPS worked within the app
It has every feature I need I just hate the fact that it can’t navigate from within the app you have to get redirected out of the app to use google. I wish the app would work seemingly with the navigation in the agent app itself
Don’t signup for Yelo or Tookan
These guys are scam artists. They write fake reviews. They took over a hundred bucks from me and then gave me a “demo” login because they “couldn’t create an account”. What on earth am I paying for, a demo??? They give you the run around when you demand a refund

Bug at 00:00
Tookan seemed like a good option to systemise however my business come to a stand still 2 nights on the trot when orders would vanish at midnight and no longer go to drivers. The amount of refunds I had to process and jobs Ive lost is unforgivable. I’ll be trying on fleet next, wish me luck.
Broken app
It doesn’t vibrate or ring anymore so I dont know when i have an order and super glitchy.
Considering changing to Onfleet
I started by loving Tookan but there is a small UX problem in this agent app that us causing so much headache for my agents. The tasks are viewed in a calendar view which is an incredibly horrible way for viewing a queue of tasks. When a task comes at 12:00 am, then agent needs to change the date to view the task. Otherwise, they will not see it and ignore it. Therefore, you and the customers that are expecting the delivery will suffer. I am starting to look into OnFleet because of this issue. Seems like and easy thing to address but I doubt the developers will.

Would be a great app if........
Would be a great app if they integrated a couple of helpful features. One being a dark mode so when driving at night you don’t have to keep adjusting your screen brightness and secondly it’s locked to portrait orientation which is fine but I use the apple iPad Pro for my Tookan agent but it’s only possible to see it sideways on. Having a landscape orientation would be very handy. If it had both these features would be a 10 * for sure.

I got dropped out 50 thousand times a day, unfortunately I have to use it for work.
Issue viewing completed tasks
When selecting a past date, it shows the number of completed tasks but when I click ‘view tasks’ it shows “nothing for today..”

Very easy to use and to understand. No bugs for now
Unreliable
Said they’d help us with our delivery service, logos, and app. Unfortunately they didn’t deliver what was asked of them, didn’t follow direction, and didn’t refund our base payment when we no longer required their services as a result. We are very displeased with this company and how they conduct their business.

1. No option to delete old messages
2. App freezes even on high end phones
3. GPS is off by A 0.5 of a mile sometimes
4. Chat names change to the name of last person you chat with
5. No option to undo if you mark task successfully by accident.
6. Top of screen cuts off a few centimeters when using the app
7. Support Email should go to app developer and not the company you work for.
8. Fix these small issues and I would rate this app 5 stars
