first test
I gave it a picture of a very simple item and it was wrong. Said it was 95% sure but not even even close.

Bike mechanic approved
Was skeptical it would work on bicycle tools, but it correctly identified my chain whip, crank puller, and spoke wrench. It even distinguished between metric and imperial hex keys. Very impressed with the precision on smaller items
Essential for apprentices
I’m a first year electrical apprentice and this app is like having a journeyman in my pocket. When I’m sent to the truck to grab a specific tool I haven’t used before, I can double check I’m grabbing the right thing. It nailed the difference between linesman pliers and diagonal cutters instantly. Great learning tool.

Saved my renovation project
I broke a specialized bit while installing cabinets and had no idea what to search for to replace it. Snapped a photo, and the app gave me a direct Amazon link for a replacement 'Torx T20 security bit.' Saved me a trip to three different hardware stores. 5 stars for the shopping integration alone.
Really impressed with the accuracy!
Identified my Makita impact driver perfectly, even got the model number right (XDT13Z). The Amazon links were spot on too. Only issue is sometimes the camera takes a few tries to focus properly on smaller tools. Would love to see a manual focus option. This will definitely help when I need to order replacement parts on job sites.
