Terrible
Toosla has been absolutely terrible from start to finish. If I could rate them zero I would. Their purely digital set up means there is no human contact as you try to pick up the car but their customer support is v poor and cannot compensate for this it takes over 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone. I loaded my credit card which was accepted it said and then on the day of arrival it was rejected and we could not proceed. When they eventually answered the phone and this was sorted we could not find the car. The address given did not match at all with no instructions on how to find the car. We gave up after 4-5 HOURS and actually went to a different rental company either humans and just then they rang back. You have to take pictures from certain angles before the digital keys work these were taken in a dark underground car park. When we dropped the car (with no damage) we took the same angled pictures. We were emailed to say no damage found and nil to pay. Breathed a sigh of relief and then had an email to say actually 329 euros would be charged for a 2-5 cm scratch that we know was not there on drop off but our angled pictures couldn’t disprove it. Would NEVER EVER go with them again and would advise you didn’t either. Good concept but terrible back up and everything in French even though a lot of their clients are tourists from abroad

Très bon rapport qualité prix
Très bon rapport qualité prix mais l'appli est pas aboutie. Quelques bugs et pas d'obligation de fournir des photos.
Superbe service de location
C’est la première fois que j’utilise TOOSLA et j’ai vraiment été surpris par la simplicité de l’application pour gérer la location. Petit hic j’ai un peu patauger lors de la restitution aux Halles car c’est dans le parking souterrain et il faut bien regarder pour pas le louper parce que le GPS ne vous le dit pas et vous emmène devant une entrée barrée par une barrière. Sinon le véhicule était très agréable. Petit bémol sur le niveau d’essence que j’ai remis à niveau mais il a trouvé une petite différence ! En tout cas je recommande sans problème.

Avis négatif - facturation abusive
J’ai été très déçu par mon expérience. Après avoir rendu le véhicule plusieurs heures en avance et avec très peu de kilomètres parcourus, on m’a facturé 28 € uniquement pour une très légère différence de carburant. Le véhicule était indiqué à 98 % au départ et 82 % au retour, alors que toutes les jauges d’essence étaient complètes visuellement sur le tableau de bord..
Je trouve cela vraiment regrettable et peu professionnel.
