Unfortunately, if you have hidden likes on your Instagram posts, it's technically impossible to collect the number of likes because only you can see them, and no one else can. There is no app on the App Store that would work correctly in this case. TOP 9 instructs you how to unhide the likes on your posts. If you follow the instructions, you will be able to get your accurate TOP 9 collage. We appreciate your understanding!

こんにちは！We are sorry for the inconvenience. If the total number of likes or the number of likes per post doesn't match the real number, some of your posts must have hidden likes. The TOP 9 app works the same way as it did in the previous years. Please double-check your posts, or feel free to contact our customer support directly from the TOP 9's in-app settings, and we will help you further. Thank you for your cooperation!
