こんにちは！Please accept our apology for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, if you have hidden likes on your Instagram posts, it's technically impossible to collect the number of likes because only you can see them, and no one else can. There is no app on the App Store that would work correctly in this case. TOP 9 instructs you how to unhide the likes on your posts. If you follow the instructions, you will be able to get your accurate TOP 9 collage. We appreciate your understanding!

The TOP 9 app works the same way as it did in the previous years. Hi there! We apologize for the inconvenience. Based on your description, it seems that the Like count of your Instagram posts is hidden. It means only you can see the likes of your posts and no one else. Therefore, TOP 9 or any other app cannot generate your most liked posts correctly as the like count is hidden. To learn how to Unhide like count, head to the TOP 9 app and tap on the top left question mark icon. You will find there an easy-to-follow tutorial. On the second screen, the video shows how to Unhide the likes per each Instagram post. Alternatively, message our customer support, and we will be pleased to assist you personally.
