Honestly I would give this 5 stars to be free EXCEPT it asked me for my rating to keep it free - THEN showed me my top 8 and wanted $3.99 to see the 9th. Dude. I would have let it go if you hadn’t been dishonest and unethical about iy.

This is not the real top 9 app. The real free one is “Top Nine 2025 for Instagram”. This one makes you pay no matter what, which is stupid. Don’t download
