Love the magazine but it won’t sync with my new iPad.

I had this app on my old iPad and am able to download my purchased issues. I thought I’d be able to sync the new iPad with this app. I would like to retire my old iPad and have these issues on my new one. So far I can’t figure out how to get the downloads on it. When I try it asks for a password which I’ve been unable to find in my records. I tried contacting customer support but never got an answer from them. This is quite frustrating as I like to reread my issues as so many of the articles are so informative.

As a piano teacher of 38 years, I can attest to the fact that there have been times when I’ve felt “very alone in the dessert”! With all of the wonderful new tools we have at our disposal, such as The Piano Bench Magazine, I feel very connected!
