Love the magazine but it won’t sync with my new iPad.
I had this app on my old iPad and am able to download my purchased issues. I thought I’d be able to sync the new iPad with this app. I would like to retire my old iPad and have these issues on my new one. So far I can’t figure out how to get the downloads on it. When I try it asks for a password which I’ve been unable to find in my records. I tried contacting customer support but never got an answer from them. This is quite frustrating as I like to reread my issues as so many of the articles are so informative.

Quick read, really informative
This is a great little trade magazine. I can sit down an read it in under an hour, and I always come away feeling inspired.

As a longtime music educator of 41 years, I've seen and read a number of periodicals aimed at music professionals, including piano teachers. Many of them were just too dry and full of professional jargon for easy reading.

My opinion
Why is the app free but you need to pay for everything? I downloaded it because I thought it could help me but not if I have to spend $3 for every magazine to teach myself. I'm not stashing iTunes cards just to get stuff like that. I can't even get a free sample to see if I can understand what it's getting at. I don't like the app. It costs money when the app itself is free. I get that you would try to make money with it but seriously, you should put in free samples and make the first two people get free so if they continue reading by getting the second one, they may continue using the app. Just saying. That's just my opinion and the advice I think you should take in to make the app better.

The Piano Bench magazine is one of the most relevant and helpful magazines for today’s teacher. It is full of great articles that apply to the average student. This is really important to me. The layout is good, color is fun and it is easy to read. Kudos to Karen Gibson for creating a terrific resource for piano teachers!
