Refunds
My biggest complaint was the inability to get a refund. I ordered ice and the order was unable to be filled. I asked for a refund. I was told to do it through the app. There was no way to do this.

App needs work
The app has an option to redeem points but there’s absolutely no way to redeem points. Also, they charge you for cheese on every burger. There’s no option to get a burger without cheese and not be charged for it
Can’t customize anything.
Central bbq owners cheaped out and won’t fix this app. You cant customize anything without getting an error. Get a sonic burger, cheaper and on par.
App does not work
Unable to place an order through the app. Get an error message that says Error cannot find published menu item and there is nowhere within the app to report a problem or tech issue. Would have been nice to get points since I eat here often. Oh well.
Bbq order
Placed and waiting to pick up Sunday at 11 am. If it’s as good as last time, you can’t beat it. Great.
Bbq sandwich
Anytime you try and add a bbq sandwich it runs an error

When I try to select certain items or options it says error at the top of the page in red and outs codes saying it doesn’t go with this item

Orders Won’t Go Through
I’ve been trying to place orders on the app since I’ve downloaded it and I’ve had no luck! I’ve also have been told that I have points but the app is saying I have 0 points??
