Refunds
My biggest complaint was the inability to get a refund. I ordered ice and the order was unable to be filled. I asked for a refund. I was told to do it through the app. There was no way to do this.

App needs work
The app has an option to redeem points but there’s absolutely no way to redeem points. Also, they charge you for cheese on every burger. There’s no option to get a burger without cheese and not be charged for it
Can’t customize anything.
Central bbq owners cheaped out and won’t fix this app. You cant customize anything without getting an error. Get a sonic burger, cheaper and on par.
App does not work
Unable to place an order through the app. Get an error message that says Error cannot find published menu item and there is nowhere within the app to report a problem or tech issue. Would have been nice to get points since I eat here often. Oh well.
