Good app until it wasn’t
This app used to be great it did everything the website offered but now whenever I open the app it crashes before the app even opens. Even with recent updates it’s not fixed.

Can’t book in for lane swimming on the app. Hopeless! Will continue to use the website.

New system
Trying to book swimming lessons. I registered on the app and followed the verification link. I then had to input details of my membership. I’m not a member so I couldn’t get any further. I went back to the home screen where I could become a casual member, followed the link, put my details in and it said that the email address was already registered so again, I couldn’t get any further. My mother who was already registered attempted to book a swim for me until the kinks are worked out, she could get as far as the swimming page but when she tried to book, none of the links worked. I’d say there’s more than a few issues with this new system!

No longer works since update
Since update the app no longer works on iPhone 12.5.7 update. Is there a fix for this?? Both me and my wife have iPhone 6 so can’t update any higher than this. App works on iPad which is 16.3.1 update.

Wondering the app flips between the other leisure centres so you can see the full list of classes on and book multiple?
Useful app
The app works for me. I’m able to quickly browse and book swimming sessions.
There is a minor bug - after the payment via world pay, you can’t navigate back to view the booking.
But this is annoying rather than a blocker.

Can’t even register or login.
Can’t even register or login. Says it’s sending me an email which never comes
Failed to set up logon
Can’t create an account as you can’t get past the ‘accept terms and conditions’ box.
This just does not work
Tried 4 times on three different devices and you just keep going around in circles. There is obviously a key fault with the set up of this app.
