Does it work?
I am trying to deposit cash but the app seems to be broken, out of date, or not working.
SCAM DO NOT DOWNLOAD
Beginner trader, did normal trades, they ended up closing my account, held my money hostage (while they probably earned free interest on it) and worst of all, did not honor the $25 signup bonus. Terrible app. It had so many technical issues, to the point that I cant log in and manage my account. Do not download. ROBINHOOD IS A MILLION TIMES BETTER!

Garbage
I don’t know why anyone would use this. I buy and sell stocks and these lunatics are punishing me for buying and selling stocks they don’t like. Absolutely trash and they prevent you from selling or withdrawing. Zero reason to use this over any other broker.
Never loads
This app buffers forever and it never loads. It just tells me there’s an error.
Dividends not received
I invest in stocks that may a monthly dividend. As of Oct 7, I have not received dividends that were paid out at the end of September.
Terrible App
This app is so buggy, support says to make it work, you have to restart your phone and exit out the app. What kind of response is that? Have an issue almost every day and now they are starting to limit what type of stock you can purchase. I can’t even exit my trades without having to contact support who has to escalate up in order to close out some purchases.
They make you pay $4.99 to $9.99 a month for commission free trades. Overall, a waste of time if the app isn’t even working most of the time. Here’s the kicker if the app isn’t working, logging in from the website you get the same error code. Avoid wasting your time and energy. Oh if you bother with doing the Learn & Earn rewards, you can’t withdraw unless you hit 1 Year. Bonus award also takes like 3 months to withdraw.

Too many bugs
App continuously goes back to sign-in screen after you’ve signed in. Can’t link bank account to app - keep getting errors.

Issues. Half the time I can’t even access my account and when I do actually get in, most of the time the functions of the app don’t even work or are painfully slow and freeze up. Everybody else I know that ises this app say the same thing so I know it’s not my device. Also, If you want to lose a lot of your profits to monthly fees and commission fees, this is the trading app to use. With the enormous amount of trading apps that are totally free and great platforms, I can’t believe this app/trading platform even has users anymore. Absolutely horrible. Stay away.

I don’t usually write reviews but i’m a petty person when I get stolen out of a chunk of change. They have a terrible interface with terrible support. I created my account with no issues originally, made a deposit, verified my bank. Once my deposit cleared I was logged out of my account and wasn’t able to log back in. So I did what any person would, contact support. I was told my account was closed and politely told to screw off. I asked about the funds that were deposited into the account and how to withdraw and they said it’s not possible. Never had this experience with robinhood, webull, public where my account is closed without even making a trade. Please save your time and money and go to robinhood, webull, or public.
UPDATE : They replied with asking me to contact support, but I already did and after 5 emails I haven’t received a response. Last thing they said is that my account is closed, no reason disclosed, and that withdrawal is not available for closed accounts.

If you were a beginner or even a novice at investing in stocks to train stocks, I highly suggest not downloading this app. They use a ploy for “ free money” but you cannot cancel your account for over a certain amount of months and they charge you six dollars every single time earning the free amount of money will not be worth it. This is more of an advanced platform. It is not good for beginners. You will lose money. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I actually suggest Robinhood over this app. I attempted to close my account months ago and they denied it because of the free money not clearing. So I lost even more money because the app kept charging me monthly service fees and did not return anything per their policy. Users beware and beginners to stop trading platforms please keep in mind that you can learn for free on Weibo through paper, trading and practice before you actually start losing your real money. Please do not download this app.

Not getting rewarded money

Worst Brokerage EVER!!!
This has to be the work brokerage ever. Not only do they charge a 10$ monthly fee for subpar information, they only give you 50 trades monthly before charging a $4.50 commission each trade. Stay away, there are soooooo many better options.
Fix the app
Takes like 30-40 seconds for a trade to get placed. Kind of a joke. When I report the issue they say to check with my isp. Lazy response. I stream Netflix just fine. Please just fix it.
Not worth the price
Will charge you a hidden $10 a month for even the “free” membership and will not close your account upon request. Has been charging me monthly when the app says it’s a free membership and I had emailed support requesting a closure.
Unable to trade
The app does now let me trade. After ending the trading screen, all buttons are not selectable and I have to force quit the app, I can’t even go back to the previous screen. Using iPhone 14 Pro Max. Contacted support, they had no answers. I’m not going to pay a subscription to an app that is useless when there are so many other better trading apps and brokers available.

Subscription is Predatory
The app immediately signs you up for a subscription as soon as you put bank information in it. It is then impossible to find where to cancel the subscription. Try literally any other investment app. This is not worth it for the sign up bonus or any kind of trading.
Scam
Absolute scam, hope you want to get hit with random fees and get your account closed for literally no reason. Finally got my account reopened only to find they charged me with $200 in “paper fees” and “membership fees” and I can no longer pull my remaining funds from my account. This app is a scam.

These people who work here and or affiliated should be in prison this is not a healthy app for any person even my worse enemy I wish not to try and even download please don’t bother and really pick a firm that will have customer interest at least somewhat. What a disgrace to the App Store for allowing such shady practices be legal.
