Removed voucher redemption in app
Really annoyed this app has got worse by removing the in app voucher redemption feature. Now have to fight with a machine in store and go back and forth with your phone to redeem instead of ordering ahead and having a burrito ready
Great food and service
Popped into Tortilla burrito for lunch And was served by a lovely girl named Jasmine she was very attentive and clearly explained all the choices to me. I lived in California for 35 years and was excited to see an authentic Tortilla burrito restaurant in Belfast. Keep up the great tradition. I will be back

App not working
Other half has the same app for when he travels and I get them when out with the kids. His has the swipe to view rewards where you can see the next banner even if you don’t swipe. Mine hasn’t had this for months. I’ve deleted and redownloaded but nothing. It says “swipe for rewards” but has no swipe feature! He’s on an iPhone 16 I’m on the 16 pro max! I should be able to view rewards I have. I have 3 stamps he has 2 so it’s not like there’s nothing to view.

Ordered ahead, with all my many customisations - and the lovely Greenwich team had my order ready and waiting when I arrived! Plus I earned free guacamole 🥑 love it!
False promise
Gave all my data away on the promise of a free burrito, however the store refused. Now I have no use for this app.

Oh god, this is such a laggy app. Keeps crashing and throwing me out. Now it says I’ve entered a wrong password. Tried to reset it, and it never sends me a code to reset my password. Brilliant. Nooooot….

When I ordered few burritos to the basket app crashed and message popped up saying session expired.

Order ahead keeps glitching especially when applying offer. Get a call or leave app and whole shopping cart resets.

Excellent food, buggy app, and a loyalty scheme that’ll be binned in two years like the last one.
Won’t recognise my log in details
App is completely unusable - it won’t recognise either my email or password despite both being correct. Tried making a few accounts and none of them work. Wanted to do click and collect but won’t be doing that now I guess.
Scan post pay
Apparently there is no way of claiming your stamp if you paid first before scanning your loyalty card… even if it’s just a few seconds. Given you have to re-download a new app at the till, this is really annoying.
Lost previous points
Had the original stamp card. App wipes all that as it doesn’t work with original account details. Deleted it all now and won’t order again. I’m sure this loyalty system will change again once people start accumulating points.
Special students
Stay away it’s a scam. No code are valid, nothing works, app it’s tracking you.

I love tortilla
But on a deeper level, I think about tortilla all the time, that juicy pork, the guacamole, the workers constructing the most balanced burrito where I get a bit of everything in each bite. I’m eating a burrito right now. I love you 🙌
