Top reviews

Impressed is an understatement

The customer service and application of constructive feedback is incredible. Made a few suggestions and then bam they were applied and I can’t be more happy with the app.

Big Rob

For being on a job for 37 years I get plenty of time off, each year more days are added. This is a great app to help keep up with the days.

Simple and Easy

This app is very easy to use - enter your available time off as earned time and then plan how to use your time off. The user interface is well designed. It is easy to see how much time available you have for the year.

Enhancements I would like to see:
- Export or share features so no sharing plans with friends/family or your manager.
- I would like to see both hours and days for the remaining time available (or a way to easily toggle between them).
- Calendar view with the ability to click on a day to view/edit time
- The app only supports one type of PTO, so you can’t add in holiday time.
- you can add notes to an entry but you can’t see the notes in the list. It would be nice to have an option to display the notes or at least few lines if an entry has notes.

2024-01-24: Reduced rating from 4 to 3. Disappointed the sorting hasn’t been addressed: The current year should be displayed first (not the oldest). And only one entry at a time can be shared.

Response from developer

Thanks for the review and suggestions! You can now export each entry to either a message, email, or print. You can also now toggle between days/hours in Settings. The calendar option is definitely something being considered as is the ability to add multiple types of PTO. Other than holiday time, what other types of PTO would you like to add? You can send a message via "Contact support" in Settings to explain. Adding notes to the list was considered and even tested in various mockups but it just felt a bit too crowded. Based on that and some other feedback we received we decided to not add the notes to the list. Sorry that feature didn't make it in the app, but we truly appreciate the suggestion. It's helpful to hear from you.

Fantastic app and for free

Such a nice convenient way to keep track of my time off. thank you for sharing this free app.
Would be great to be able to back it up somehow and share with my spouse, but those would be just nice to have.

Good enough

The only thing I would change is the inability to mark what type of time off you’re taking. My job gives me sick(x) days and vacation(y) days. I’d like to track how much of each I’ve used instead of just having to put them all together as x+y=z days off
