I love the app, but I was not happy with the huge increase in the points number to use to get free deliveries or other rewards. I also believe the delivery fees ae very high, especially that with the tip, many times a taxi is cheaper.
I also love the quality of support. Always waiting for more and more options (maybe even clothing shops, more gift shops,etc.) Thank you.

My account was blocked because I canceled an order after waiting for the driver under the hot sun for over 10 minutes. Now, they are forcing me to pay a $3 just to unblock my account. This is unfair support.

I Will Delete the App
I have been a Toters Plus subscriber, paying a monthly subscription, yet I honestly don’t see any real benefit from it. The service keeps getting worse instead of better.
My latest order was a complete disappointment. The food arrived very cold, the beef was dry and tough, and the chicken tasted old and not fresh. It honestly felt like most of the food had been prepared a long time ago and simply reheated. The only fresh item was the bread.
On top of that, your pricing is extremely unfair. You increase the prices of menu items compared to the restaurant’s actual prices. For example, a sandwich that costs 10,000 IQD at the restaurant is listed for around 13,500 IQD on Toters.
Then you charge delivery fees, which I can understand because you are a delivery company. However, you have recently introduced additional service fees that did not exist before. What’s even worse is that these service fees increase as the order total increases. Why am I paying inflated menu prices, delivery fees, and service fees for such poor service?
The biggest disappointment, however, is your customer support.
The support agents are rude, dismissive, and completely lack empathy. They don’t seem interested in solving problems. Instead, they just want to end the conversation as quickly as possible.
Almost every response is one of the following:
* “The restaurant will contact you.”
* “Support will contact you.”
* “Thank you for your feedback.”
* “Thank you for your opinion.”
* “Okay.”
* “Noted.”
These are not solutions. They are simply copy-and-paste replies that avoid taking responsibility. In my experience, nobody follows up, nobody contacts me, and nothing gets resolved.
As a paying Toters Plus customer, I expected much better treatment and real customer support—not automated responses designed to close the chat.

اكو مطاعم بالجادرية الي هم منطقتي حرفياً عن بيتنا 1 كم و يطلعلوي المطاعم الي ب42 و الي بعدها عن بيتنا 5 كم متر و يكولون سياسة تطبيق زين شنو ذنبي الوقت يصير اطول بينما ابسط مثال مطعم شيلي هاوس اكو فرع ب42 و فرع بالجادرية
فرع 42 عن بيتنا 4 تقطاعات و فرع الجادرية تقاطع واحد و يكولولي حسب الاقرب زين شلون رهمتوها يعني و مو بس هذا المطعم اكو مطعم ثاني هم زين هارديز و فرايد تشكين الجادرية يوصلون بس تشيلي هاوس و kfc يعتبروهم ابعد مفهمت يعني شنو الفكرة ؟؟؟ ياريت تشوفون حل و المطعم اصلاً بفس السايد مال بيتنا

An amazing app with their discounts!!!! I absolutely only use this app too because of the low to nonexistent delivery fees!!🥹

Poor customer service
One small refund wasn’t solved in almost 2 months now and they already make money from each transaction and order while not taking care of their customers. That’s just bad business
