Tracking is useless
We use this to track my sons college bus to ensure he’s on time as there is only one that he can get. The C49 always disappears off the map and then is always late by a good 20 minutes.
Buses just don’t turn up
I don’t get the bus very often but when I try like today they don’t turn up or leave early. Today’s was delayed twice so I ended up having to walk hours! I’ll be back in my car from now on thanks to Warrington buses!!
Wrong Timetables
I appreciate it’s not the bus drivers faults, but a lot of the time the timetables are just wrong and tell you to get on/off at certain stops when those stops have different names or the bus driver tells you it’s not this bus etc. Another thing is they advertise a bus is coming on the app, only for it to never show up (i.e. today I wanted to get one at 6:33pm, and at the station on the screen it said one was due then, but it just didn’t and had to wait for a 7:00pm).

Day ticket doesn’t work
Bought a day ticket to use on my local bus which I can see via the app. Unfortunately they don’t accept it.

The app is good at showing you where vehicles are but this does nothing to make them arrive on time or if ever

Awful timings.
It shows all bus times but then half of them don’t even come? It said there was a bus at 10:17 and then when it got to 10:18 the listing was just gone? Half the busses are then 20 minutes late so what’s the point of the app?

App is really good but can’t be used to its full potential if somebody buys an annual pass at the bus station but can’t then add it into the app. Why not? Please have a look will ya!

terrible, can’t even check the buses or do anything when on my data. i could have 4g with 4 bars and it doesn’t work absolute joke.
Keeps freezing
I see the app has recently been updated and it’s awful. It just keeps freezing on me especially when I click on explore to see where the bus is. Not helpful when I can’t get back on to my ticket. I have to keep closing the app and restarting it to get it back on, not ideal when the bus turns up and I’m struggling to get my ticket back up! It was fine before and didn’t need changing

Unreliable sometimes
On some services it’ll say the bus is due or the bus will be there in less than 5 mins but then randomly disappears and bus doesn’t turn up and gets delayed by over 20 mins

At least tell the user if the bus won’t show up instead of them having to wait and find out.

App so easy to use .. even for me

Buses
I am very angry with the buses from Warrington to Altrincham and in both directions! First of all the app isn’t even right half the time and second of all the bus company haven’t got enough drivers and not one driver has said sorry NOT ONE! I work 80% of the time and the 20% in collage and I have to relay on public transport and to say I’m disappointed is an under statement

Cant even be bothered to put bus times on the app. Digusting company who dont even respond to complaints.
Decent app but a few problems
Good most of the time, but sometimes will not start up properly and close down straight after opening, making me have to ask the driver if I can show them my ticket later when it works and putting me in an embarrassing situation.
Best thing ever
Love this I often panic when I’m due to return back home and I’m looking frantically for my ticket with this I don’t have that I just get my phone out and show the driver just brilliant live it!!!

Installed the app expecting to see the times which would be most helpful.
