I’d rate this app zero if I could. Absolute junk. Cannot log in after numerous tries. Look elsewhere if you’re looking into using TouchBistro for your business.
Bad Programming
Downloaded the app to make reservations. I had to get onto a computer to create my account, but the login for the app doesn’t match.
I think the developer is confused between the business and consumer uses.

Worst tech support
The actual software isn’t all that bad but pray you never have to deal with their tech support it’s the worst i’ve ever dealt with and i’ve lived in spain and cambodia.
The support is outsourced to south asia, non of whom can give you an answer first time out, they always give a work order number which is never ever resolved, go with union or toast and forget this nightmare, i personally am changing out at the end of my contract

Company Code
Can’t sign in without a company code? App asks for all fields to be filled in…not sure where this code comes from. Or why it is even necessary for anyone wanting to make a simple reservation. Help?
Works well, no per-cover charges
We couldn’t justify the per-cover charges on another reservation system and moved to this one a couple of years ago. It’s easy to use and we saved a lot of $$.

New but crashes a lot and has to be deleted and redownloaded :/
