Great….when it works….
I really love my Touchmix 16, and it’s so amazing when I can connect my iPad to control the levels from around the room. But I have find that there are multiple situations where the iPad or people‘s iPhones do not connect to the mixer… This happens so frequently that the band members have given up trying to control their own mixes from their own iPhones (which was one of the reasons that we bought this mixer). The iPad connects about 85% of the time. I just used it as a gig with a new iPad and it would not connect at all. This almost ruined a gig for me. I would say the Touchmix is amazing, and if this app worked even 95% of the time, it would be great, but it doesn’t due to connection issues with iPads and iPhones. Really frustrating.

Needs L3 connectivity
We need to be able to reach mixers over layer 3 by entering a hostname or IP. Would help a lot in large campus area networks. Also make iPhone app more useful.
Split View
Guten Tag, bin sehr zufrieden mit der App, hätte nur einen Verbesserungsvorschlag. Leider ist es nicht möglich die App im Split View auf dem Ipad zu benutzen. Das würde es ermöglichen Licht und Ton App gleichzeitig offen zu haben. Vielleicht ist das ja möglich umzusetzen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen
Problème connexion
Je détecte bien ma console TouchMix 8 dans l’application, mais quand j’appuie pour la sélectionner rien ne se passe.
J’ai déjà réussi à me connecter avec une précédente version peut être qu’une mise à jour m’a bloqué.
Avez vous une idée pour que cela fonctionne à nouveaux ?

Great mixer, great software but why no Bluetooth?
I love the mixer- and I love that we can connect the software to phone and iPad- great to have this technology- but it lags behind as there is no Bluetooth connection for iPad to play songs directly to the mixer- we have to buy an additional device to get it to connect or have it wired up. Not a problem with the software per se but a problem with the mixer. However all this wireless connectivity yet no blue tooth. 😞

Unprofessional staff, zero knowledge, extremely poor customer service. Avoid at any cost.
QSC TouchMix-16. Ever since IOS update QSC remote control on the iPhone has issues. The main issue is that the mute buttons are greyed out and can’t be accessed. Selecting everything still has them greyed out. If I am not connected to the TouchMix WiFi the buttons work perfectly. I had a call back from QSC and the operator obviously had no idea about this problem. He claimed that the mute buttons were disabled because I might make a mistake because the iPhone is too small, what rubbish. I told him that if that was the case the mute button would light up in red showing that it was muted, furthermore it is impossible to slide the fader down and mute the channel at the same time. I have no idea where they get these technical people from. Since IOS 15 the mute buttons have been greyed out.

Verbindung mit ipad instabil
Nach der erfolgreichen Erstverbindung (Touchmix 16 über wired Verbindung mit WLAN Routervverbunden) meines iPad mit dem Touchmix 16, ging bei der folgenden Session nichts mehr. Eine Verbindung konnte nicht hergestellt werden, obwohl der TM16 am iPad „sichtbar“ war. Das Köschen des Nutzers zwecks Neuverbindung brachte nichts, ebenso wenig wie der Neustart beider Geräte. So macht das wenig Sinn und eine stabilere Verbindung wäre nötig, um den TM remote zu bedienen. Das Gleiche (Instabilität, Verbindungs-Infarkt) gilt für die on-board WLAN verbingung durch den WLAN Dongle. So nicht nutzbar. Sorry. Bitte nachbessern!!!!!

Time’s a-wasting
If I can’t control this mixer with my iPad, why would I use this? I wouldn’t. That is the whole point of this thing. Fixing this should be a priority for QSC. They don’t want us to be out here looking for a replacement for this mixer, do they?

No permite activar la función de RTA en el EQ (no hay botón de aceptar) de igual forma para desactivar la función Link para canales o auxiliares. La versión anterior funcionaba correctamente.
Al cambia de ventana o aplicación se pierde la conexión con la mezcladora, requiere cerrar y volver a abrir para que se pueda conectar.

Good but
Latest version and latest ios (17.4.1) on 11" ipad pro, I cannot click OK on any pop up windows. The only visible clickable button is Cancel.

IOS 17.4 problem!
I updated my 10th generation iPad to iOS 17.4 and since then, the YES button has disappeared on all pop-ups, I can't approve anything!
Needs A Lot Of Work
App needs some serious retooling. Continuously will disconnect from the mixer even if you are standing right next to it with a great WiFi signal. Cannot recall presets on an ipad as the “YES” button is no longer available. Overall an extremely underwhelming app, I expect much better from QSC

Remote control issue since iOS 17
iOS 17 ‘broke’ the remote connection functionality. QSC taking ages to fix the app for TM8/16. Should really have had a fix ready for when IOS 17 was released to the public. I believe the issue has been addressed for the TM 30 but us TM8/16 users have been left behind.

Won’t work with iOS 17
Since iOS 17 the app doesn’t work. Not good enough! I own 3 TouchMix 16 desks and it’s frustrating for my band members that they can’t adjust monitors mix remotely.

Come on QSC… you’ve really dropped the ball on this app. IOS 17 has been out for a while and you’ve had months to make sure it will work.
My app now does not work with my $2.5K TouchMix 16. The app connects, but the controls are disabled, so I have no remote access. Not happy!
