I LOVE THIS APP
I've used this app for years and have never been disappointed. I use it when traveling to send custom postcards from all over the world that often reach their destination before I even get home.

It’s so nice to be able to send personalized postcards while traveling without having to find postage and mailboxes.
Not so good update
Don’t like the new style with latest updates and cards will not load . Have tried from various networks no luck . Any ideas?

It straight forward to use, I just need to send more postcards to fully get the hang of the app.

My go to app for birthdays, thank you cards and holidays. Gives the feel that I have it together and remember the small details even when life is super busy.

Too many pop ups and issues sending multiple postcards
As others have said the constant pop ups to try membership features are a pain. We just want to send simple postcards from our holiday.
The option to send the card to another recipient has a major glitch. As soon as we enter the new address it deletes our message and replaces it with a short, we have you like this card one. Our original message was lost and had to be retyped. Once we knew we copied our message and pasted in every time. But this is a major failing. We have used TouchNote for many years and the app isn’t as user friendly as it used to be.

Best way to make someone’s day
Sending a personalized post card could not be easier and it has brought nothing but joy to the people I have sent them to!
Deliberately extortionate UI design
If you review the pricing, design your first card, enter the address, and hit send, an Apple Pay will pop straight up for your approval. Very smooth expect that that Apple Pay pop up is 65.99 for annual membership paid up front. I understand that I should be more diligent in reviewing whether the Apple Pay pop up aligns with what I am buying, but you should also not design UIs to swindle people.

I absolutely love how easy it is to send cards, especially postcards of photos I have taken- the quality is amazing and everyone I send one to loves them.

Great easy online international postcard app
We have family across ther continents. It has been so great to have something like this to share treasured moments. We have credits, we create cards—and it’s sent. user interface is well designed and is smart, everything you need to cards.
Only problem is sometimes it takes too long to mail and everything is a week late. You really need to add 4 days to the service

Could be a Scam
I had a subscription and most of the postcards I sent were never delivered to the recipient. It’s not a one off event either. And I checked with the recipients post office and they get other mail delivered to them so it appears to be an issue from TouchNote.
Makes “Thoughtfulness” easy!
Easy to use and love that it’s 100% handled when I hit “submit order”!
Turnaround time
I love the service because I am elderly and do not write very well anymore. However, I would love to have a shorter turnaround time.

I’ve used TouchNote for years now and I love this service to keep in contact with people and send photos.
I’ve only had to contact customer support once, like 5 years ago, and they resolved my issue quickly and they were so responsive.

So easy to quickly send a postcard from anywhere on Earth
TouchNote allows one to upload a vacation photo, and send it off to mom instantly ( depending on USPS delivery time...) I have been a fan for years.
