Can’t login
I don’t know what happened it’s not logging for some reason which I don’t know it’s says something went wrong every time

I didn’t try the app. Yet , but unfortunately I tried to install to both my mobiles, but it couldn’t be able to logged in both in the same time.
I mean , you have to sign out of one mobile “(not to just close the app)”. , to let the other log in.

Regardless the bank app is not allowing me to update my ID and giving me error messages, this points app is a total time waste. I’m unable to sign up or in. Why in God’s heaven have you thought of creating such an app if your customers are unable to use?! HIRE QUALIFIED PEOPLE FOR GOD SAKE!
Unable to Register
I want to spend TouchPoints as an ADCB customer and I’m sure it’s a great app, but the registration page is a mess. The birth date counts down with no limit and doesn’t allow you to stop, so I can’t even register for an account because the DOB will always be a mismatch. Something broke in the dev code, please take a look at it.

Cannot even register.
What a lousy app. I cannot even register after being a Privelege customer at ADCB. I have complained so many times. The date of birth keeps on reducing after entering. I will not waste my time with this app.
Offers Broken, No Value
The main point of the app - to spend and earn points when shopping doesn’t work well. Only three are showing when the original had so many more, but of course they had time to focus on paying for points that constantly get devalued!
