Worst App - use Google Maps
Unless you know the to-from stops the app is unhelpful.

Stop changing the app so frequently and making me re accept the license agreement. The old app just worked and now it is more complicated and less reliable. Just stop.

Worst transportation app
This is so bad that it is effectively useless
The paper map is better and that is not worth the paper it is printed on. Impossible to find where stops actually are. As a tourist forget about navigation in geneva on public transport.
I have to ask people where specific bus line stops are. For the Swiss that like precision this is amazingly bad

Makes travel in geneva harder!
TPG forced passengers to migrate to this ‘plus’ version of their app. It’s impossible to understand or plan a journey. I used to use their app daily for checking imminent bus arrival times and to plan a journey. Now I have switched to google maps instead.
Very slow does not work
Terrible app. Very slow to get info + some functionalities do not work. If you try to get an itinerary it often does not work. Please improve
