Couldn’t purchase ticket
Attempting to purchase a ticket opens up SMS, which then just responded with an error. SBB app worked to purchase a ticket though.
poor service
trams are so often late coming home from work, also drivers often do dangerous manoeuvres (like starting moving when people are on the road)

Have you even tried to use this app? Way to take a simple task and layer on complex and unnecessary information.
TPG, you do know that other app agencies exist, right? You went from 5 stars to 1 with this “improvement” and you have showed your customer base that you don’t care whether or not they have a positive experience or not.

Worst public transportation app ever
As a tourist in geneva this is useless… The paper map is useless as well. Impossible to figure out where bus stops actually are. Please go to holland and learn what a public transportation app should be. I’m shocked
Useless
Terrible app. Why did TPG replace the old app with something that they clearly did not test. Trip planner now gives bizarre, illogical suggestions. Live tracking at a given stop is illegible - options don’t appear in chronological order. Terrible.
It’s a Downgrade not an upgrade
This new version of the app clearly did not go through user experience testing. Bugs and crashing aside, this app has added unnecessary complexity and unhelpful features. If I could revert back to the previous version I would do so immediately. The developers should rethink this one…

Confus et complexe
La version antérieure était un modèle de simplicité et facilité d’utilisation. Cette version est lourde, manque de réactivité et présente les informations d’une façon confuse. Pourquoi distinguer les lignes de trams et de bus, le tram n’est tout de même pas un métro. Vous avez un meilleurs temps à utiliser Google Maps si vous avez besoin d’information rapidement.

Old version was much better
Before v2 it was stable and the ability to pick a stop on the itinerary of a departure and then see the departures at THAT stop for your arrival time was brilliant for working out connections. All gone. Now unstable, inaccurate, and hard to use. I tried tpg+ and that seems even worse. What went wrong?

Bring back the old features
No longer shows live connections which was super useful. Features of the previous version was much better and functional
Truly terrible update
It would appear that the user has been wholly ignored in this redesign. The UI and UX have been sacrificed for greater but way more complex functionality that simply does not work on a phone screen. For example text and buttons are way too small. Although packed with functionality, it is almost impossible to decipher the logic behind the UI, leaving the user not only squinting at tiny text but also desperately trying to navigate the system. It would appear that functionality from the previous app has been ignored and therefore I would imagine the app has been built without understanding the user and their needs and expectations. This is a monumentally bad update. Get a UX consultant and listen to what they tell you.

This app is so confusing. It doesn’t give you the information that you need when you need it. It’s not user friendly at all. It’s useless.

New version not legible and unclear
New version not legible tiny text too much everywhere, confusing - bring back the old version - simple clear and effective - why change a winning app?
Useless update
The update does not allow to sort by next arrival, so the order of busses is all over the place. It’s disorganized and unhelpful.

“Nearby” option doesn’t work 9 out of 10 times
The “nearby” option doesn’t work almost every single time I use the app. It doesn’t matter whether I’m connected to data, WiFi, or whatnot. It is a very useful option but only as long as it works!

I tried on two phones. Every time I get the message ‘service not available’!

Very slow app!
So slow to load the itineraries that by the time it loads it you already lost your bus and connection!
GPS doesn’t work
The “nearby” function works occasionally, but not consistently. Frequently get message that “service unavailable: an SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made”. Very frustrating because this is the most useful function of the app.
No route anymore
Have used for years. Now every time I try to use the option to plan my route, all I get is a yellow banner “No itinerary found”. I’m in the middle of Geneva. This has never happened before. Cleared history, reinstalled the app, deleted cache. Inserted only transport stops instead of addresses, allowed location services. Nothing has worked. Completely useless to me now.
