Needs updating
For some reason the app doesn’t work on my phone I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app works on my family members phone for their lights just not for my lights I try to sign in but it says 9 in a black box
Requires you to VPN to use
Like dozens of others I spent days trying to get this to work again. Turns out it’s just the login process they have blocked in the US (way to screw over their US customers). Simple solution: VPN to China, log in, and then cut the VPN. Will work as long as you’re logged in - then if you have to log in again do the same again.

Doesn’t let you sign in
What type of company sells a product that their app no longer works with their product when there was no updates
Broken app
App and lights worked amazing. Until update and now you can login in or reset password. Can’t do anything with lights without the app. Completely useless. Will change review once app is fixed

The app does not work, therefore my lights are useless for customization
