Needs updating
For some reason the app doesn’t work on my phone I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app works on my family members phone for their lights just not for my lights I try to sign in but it says 9 in a black box
Requires you to VPN to use
Like dozens of others I spent days trying to get this to work again. Turns out it’s just the login process they have blocked in the US (way to screw over their US customers). Simple solution: VPN to China, log in, and then cut the VPN. Will work as long as you’re logged in - then if you have to log in again do the same again.

What type of company sells a product that their app no longer works with their product when there was no updates
Broken app
App and lights worked amazing. Until update and now you can login in or reset password. Can’t do anything with lights without the app. Completely useless. Will change review once app is fixed

I have had these lights for over a year & then one day the app no longer works and I can’t control the lights any longer - spent several hundred dollars on them. I hope a lawsuit happens soon!

The app is not being upgraded. What’s going on? It is set for iOS 13 it needs to be upgraded to work on the latest.iOS what’s going on please help

What is the solution now for me to control my outdoor lights? App no longer works or lets you log in. Spent so much money on these lights and not can’t even control them. If anyone has any solutions please write a review about it. I can’t find anything!
No longer works
The app no longer allows you to sign in or register so you cannot control your permanent outdoor lights which we spent a lot of money and time buying and installing.
Outdoor lights
Outdoor lights app no longer active. I replaced controller with a UFO controller and use SURPLIFE app. It will require some light rewiring but I have control of the lights and learning new app. App has better reviews then TPorig ever did. Lights work again.

This app stopped working. I can no longer log in or register or even get through to forgot my password. This is ridiculous. Now I have expensive permanent lights and can’t even use all the functions because I have no app. Do better.
