Intrusive. Tracks 24/7 long before I even pick up the load. Drains battery. Get spam calls galore as soon as I download app. Brokerage calls me on phone waking me from sleep to ask how my progress is going, despite having tracking app on. They refuse to pay detention or reimburse for phone to download spam filled battery draining app . And they like to threaten with fines. That don’t cut it with a 40 year veteran driver like myself.

When you click on a load to view and quote a completely different load opens. You have to keep opening different loads until you get the one you want. This has been happening for a long time. Fix this!
Can’t download
Everything with this brokerage is a hassle compared to all of the others. From constant phone calls to not even being able to download the app. It’s kind of mind blowing that a company this size could be the most pathetic to deal with. Could be a monster force within the space instead it’s a migraine at every turn.

When I click on a load it opens a different load at random. You have to click loads until the one you want opens. This has been going on for a while.

Do not know privacy they do not want they want to take money from us if we don’t download their tracker, but we can’t charge them for using our devices. I am sorry it doesn’t work just one way. It’s gotta go both ways. The worst company ever worked for or load
