Great app
This is a great app to trace movements. Important to realize that this contributes to social responsibility. We are all in this pandemic together. And we can only get out of it if we help each other by doing the right thing. Checking in and out of public venues is an important part of that social responsibility. My only suggestion is I hope TraceTogether will support Apple Watch.

Slow update after serology test
It’s been 3 days after positive serology test results and my vaccination status still has not been updated as vaccinated. It also did not send me a reminder that I needed a serology test after entering more than 30 days. So dumb and slow.

Randomly failed to show vaccination status
This app is mandated by the gov, which without it there’s no where you can go in Singapore. As important as it is, the app is inconsistent and randomly fails to show vaccination status even though you’re fully vaccinated, barring you to enter some venues when you need it the most. The app is also battery hog, you’d start to wonder what it actually do in the background and what data it collects.

Vaccinated to non-vaccinated
This app is completely worthless! After coming through immigration and proving my vaccinated status, for 4 weeks I had no issues. I’m here working so I require and vaccinated status. I had to go in to work one night on an emergency and get to the gate and voila my vaccinated status is now un-vaccinated. Explain this to me because once you take the vaccine it doesn’t seep back out of you. And help from the app seems to be non-existent. Now I’m hearing I may have to go and take a blood test to once again prove to these morons that I’m still vaccinated that nothing has changed. Poor decision in using a non-reliable app to prove you are vaccinated!

Cannot check-in or out with TT app.
Really buggy TT app.
Initially last month able to use TT app on iOS to check in and out. Starting this month, not sure why, cannot use TT app any more. Off/on bluetooth. Restart app , all cannot work.
Restart start iPhone, finally can use TT app, ONE TIME. Then after that cannot use any more. Tried to restart bluetooth , restart TT app, cannot.
Not sure if i missed any setting or I’m the only one.

Adding vaccine card as a foreigner
App does not support. Singapore Govt. does not know how to put foreigner vaccine info or official vaccine card on app

We would like to inform you that in order to display your vaccination status on the App, you will need to visit a healthcare provider who will scan the cert to verify its authenticity and assist to ingest the overseas vaccination records. The Exposure Alert is Important
I would like to know that a vendor or delivery person hasn’t received a possible exposure alert before allowing him/her into my premises. Removing that feature was a bad decision.

Works well
Check ins are seamless. Records nearby devices well. Appreciate that all the Bluetooth records of nearby devices are only stored on my phone and I have the choice to upload it if I get covid (which I hope I don’t)

Brilliantly Safe
I feel completely safe during this pandemic k having such a great app. I understand the UX could be improved with time. But right now we need a functioning app and it does a fantastic job. The new tap in feature works like a charm!

Try to add my fin number, have my ID next to me, and it says ‘Invalid number’. I can’t go anywhere. Thanks idiots.
Horrible app. Inadequate support.
This app is required to enter any building, shop, cafe, etc. in Singapore. So it’s proper functioning is critical. But it is terrible. The app was failing to read QR codes so I had to reload it. The fresh app would not accept my mobile number, so the app would not work. I checked with the local telco carrier, Singtel, and they said that there were no problems with my number. But, Trace Together support is only Mon-Fri, 9-6 pm. For an app that is CRITICAL TO MOBILITY in Singapore such limited customer support is extremely inadequate. This app and the system are failures.

Add Vaccination while Abroad?
I was vaccinated while out of Singapore, but there doesn’t seem to be any way to add that to my health profile. Would be nice to see a way to fix that in a future version.
Doesn’t work at all
This app works ONCE, and subsequent check in attempts give me only an error: “Unable to check in. There seems to be a network issue..” This happens despite having a clearly working data connection!
Temporary time-consuming solution: delete the app, re-boot my phone, re-install the app, set it up (again), and then it will work ONCE.
I tell you, Singapore, I will no take pleasure in blocking up the line of people trying to enter a place while I complete all these steps every single time I need to go anywhere!!
Forget about using the app itself to report errors. That function also doesn’t work! I get another error that falsely claims “Check your connection. Don’t worry, it’s just the internet…”

My vaccination status has disappeared from my app but my husband’s status is still on his? How do I get it back on mine? Thanks.
Interrupts my Bluetooth connection
Every time it is switched on for checking in purposes, it disconnects my Bluetooth earphones. Had to shutdown the app after checking in and this is quite a pain.
