More than 600km. Nothing recorded
Response from developer
We’re very sorry to hear this. In most cases, this happens because the required location permissions were not fully given. Please contact us at info@trackmyjourney.net so we can investigate. Also, let us know if Always location permission was enabled and whether you could see the route being recorded during your trip.
WORTHLESS

Our latest update (now it’s 5.3.5) fixes known crashes, improves stability, and adds new features to make your journeys smoother. We’d love for you to give it another try!
Fantastic App for traveling
Nice
Bad privacy policy.
Response from developer
Hi, thanks for sharing your concern. We want to reassure you that we only collect the minimum data needed for core features like location tracking and login. The app can be used fully offline if you prefer, and no trip data is ever tracked or uploaded without your consent. Apple requires us to declare login and identifiers, but this doesn’t mean we are tracking you. it’s just part of being transparent.
Used to be much better.
Response from developer
Hi, thank you for your review! If you’ve already purchased the Basic plan, there’s nothing to worry about — you can continue to track unlimited trips and share them (without images) as usual. The Premium plan is only needed if you’d like to use extra features like cloud storage, uploading trips with images, or our new live sharing option. Otherwise, your Basic plan still gives you full access to core features. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at info@trackmyjourney.net — we’re happy to help!

BASIC FUNCTION- OVERPRICED
The app shines with its straightforward, one‑tap GPS tracking—working seamlessly, even offline—your entire hike, drive, or travel route is captured with minimal fuss. It does exactly what it claims to do!
>>But beyond the basics, serious usability gaps emerge<<
Oddly, you can’t rename trips, which means each journey is permanently labeled only by date and time—even if you've taken photos along the way. This disconnect makes it impossible to associate a journey with a meaningful memory, such as “Sally’s Trip Around the Lake.” Custom titles seem like a natural feature, yet they’re missing. Compounding this, settings between the app and the website aren’t synced: even if you select miles and feet in the app, the web dashboard forces you into metric units with no option to change. That’s frustrating, especially when the app encourages users to relive and share their journeys online.
>>The app lacks the organizational features serious users need<<
There’s no way to categorize or tag trips—no labels for business travel, sightseeing, family visits, or vacations. That may seem like a small omission, but it severely limits the app’s practical value, especially for professionals tracking mileage or personal users hoping to build a curated travel history. At $59.99 per year, Track My Journey feels SERVERLY overpriced for what is essentially just a GPS logger with cloud sync. If you’re looking solely for beadcrumb tracking and GPX export, it might be worth a one-time $9.99 purchase—CERTAINLY NOT A RECURRING ANNUAL CHARGE. Don’t expect this APP to serve as a meaningful travel diary or business log.

Good App
Response from developer
Hi! Thanks for your feedback. We’ve recently improved the app and fixed some bugs related to unexpected auto-stop during tracking. We've also added a persistent notification to clearly show when tracking is active, so you don’t need to keep reopening the app to check. Please update to the latest version to enjoy these improvements!
Not sure…
Response from developer
Hi, When you start the trip, please ensure that the map begins to draw correctly on your device, with the route displayed in red. In some cases, certain devices may experience GPS issues, requiring multiple calibrations to function properly. We are actively exploring a solution for this and appreciate your understanding.

Horrible
Response from developer
Sorry for the trouble! On our intro help screen, we mention checking that your route line is being drawn on the map to ensure your GPS is working correctly. This could be related to your location permissions—make sure they’re set to "Always" or "When in Use." We hope you’ll give it another try and share your feedback. Thanks!
Free. Excellent
Works great so far!
Response from developer

Can we have Auto Tracking Please
Response from developer
Thanks for the feedback! We're working on adding auto-tracking soon. You'll be able to set places for start and stop, and the app will handle it for you. Stay tuned for updates!
