Training plan crashes - but good otherwise!
Won’t record my runs
This is amazing
Lol
Great app
Great paced workouts and heart rate tracking!
I bought the 10K level 4 training plan for the workouts. It gives me 5 different workouts per week. I like that the workouts are pre-programmed so you can just select the workout you want and the App sets up the warmup, workout, and cooldown. I do the 6x800 meter track workout every couple weeks.
You can use the App without a heart rate monitor, but the App has special features available if you have one. It does a lot more than just tracking your heart rate during your runs. The App has you do a benchmark run at a specific pace while wearing your heart rate monitor. After a few weeks, you can see how your heart rate fitness has improved and the App automatically adjusts your workouts.
Pros:
(1) Training plan workouts have a lot of variety and are already programmed. This is great for interval workouts where you have timed rest breaks.
(2) Gives you goal pace for each run and paces you. Updates your goal pace using their built in heart rate fitness tracking tools or time trial tool.
(3) Tracks your running fitness if you have a heart rate monitor.
(4) Predicts your race time.
Cons:
(1) Music is not built in, but not a problem for me since I just use Spotify running in the background.
(2) No Apple Watch yet.
This is a great running app
Great app
Motivational!
Great
great
Its work perfect
Great
Nice app
Lovely
Nice fitness app but expecting an improvement in the graphic design
Cons.: The colour tone, font type, font size … Almost everything gives people the feeling that it is a boring and non-trendy product.

The app. is a simple fitness tracking app. Okay. Hold on. In the description it says it can link to a bluetooth heart rate monitor. Since I don’t have one I just can’t play with it. If it is what it says, then maybe it is not those ordinary fitness app. in the market. At the current moment I would say every features look fine. But really I just cannot find it unique comparing to others. Not the app. studio’ s fault.
The downside is clearly the overall graphic design. The app. Logo does have some kind of design but sadly the illustration does not incorporate into the app. For consistency in the overall feeling. The colour scheme is simple not matched to fitness, exercise, and health. Mostly, people would like to use an app which looks trendy in this type of fitness app. Benchmarking (but not copying) can be done during the design.
Overall, the app. is okay and it looks nice. Maybe just a personal taste that I really don't like its graphic design.
