What's New in Tracked

8.0.2

September 8, 2026

Version 8.0.2 — Tracked for Apple Watch, two-way Apple Health sync, and Home Screen widgets. NEW - Tracked for Apple Watch: log your sets from your wrist, follow the rest timer, and see your heart rate during the session. It opens with an active Tracked workout on your phone, and saves the finished workout to Apple Health. - Apple Health import: bodyweight, sleep, body fat, lean mass, waist, active energy, resting heart rate, HRV, respiratory rate, blood oxygen, temperature, and workouts you recorded in other apps. - Tracked now writes back to Apple Health too: your strength sessions, cardio with distance, weigh-ins, food log and water. - One Health screen in Settings shows exactly what Tracked can read, with a separate switch for each thing it writes. - Continuous glucose alongside your meal timeline, if you opt in. - Home Screen widgets: your live session with the rest timer, Steps, and a Daily Summary in two sizes. - Lock Screen widgets for water and steps. - Readiness and set predictions now use your resting heart rate and HRV. - Search every message, pin the ones that matter, and share an exercise into a conversation. - React and comment on workouts, and block an account. - A redesigned steps screen. - Macro rows show the grams you have left instead of a percentage. - Polish is now available. FOR COACHES - A Recovery card with readiness, sleep and — with your client's consent — resting heart rate and HRV. - A recovery section in progress reports, touchpoints and the monthly report, plus an alert when a client needs attention. - Water trends and goals. - Edit a client's assigned program from your phone. FIXED - Naming an exercise single-arm or single-leg now actually marks it unilateral, instead of only changing its name. - Health importing no longer re-runs on every step update, which was draining battery. - The first sync after updating no longer re-downloads your whole history. - Steps stay pinned to the source that recorded them, so they are never counted twice. - Buttons in native sheets respond across their whole label. - The chat microphone survives a failed recording, and a stopped recording keeps its waveform. - In video review, pause stays paused and the controls stay off your client's technique. - Sending coach feedback no longer reports a problem on our side as your mistake. - Fixed a crash on launch and one in the session widget. - Faster dashboards, history and nutrition screens. - Restored translations across languages. good app

good app and it’s free. Only issue is when I try and add my body weight to assisted pull up exercise it doesn’t let me add my bodyweight. But besides that Keenan is the goat.
