What's New in Tracked

7.3.8

August 20, 2026

Version 7.3.8 — recipes, meal plans you can switch between, a weekly calorie budget, and a rebuilt coach client view. NEW - Recipes: build one from ingredients, or save a meal you already logged, then log it into any meal in one tap. - See every meal plan your coach assigned and switch between them. A plan day can follow a specific program workout. - Your coach can set a weekly calorie budget instead of a daily one, so a big day borrows from the rest of the week, and can set micronutrient goals alongside your macros. - Solve a portion from a target: enter the calories or protein you want and Tracked works out the serving. - Filter food search by source, search the Italian CREA database, and Open Food Facts now searches in your language. - The quick-action button: press and hold to drag straight to an action, the photo action opens the camera, and water and weight log from their own sheets. - Skip a day in your program without shifting everything after it. - Add notes to a cardio entry, and log weighted isometric holds. - Gym equipment search is fuzzy, so near-misses still find it. Gyms is out of beta. FOR COACHES - The Clients tab is rebuilt around adherence, grouping clients by how well they are keeping up. - The client Overview is a widget grid with status tags, Cardio and Training sections, and the lifts that moved most. - Client sessions split into an estimated-1RM review and a full history. - Daily touchpoints: a screen per day, notifications that open straight to it, and settings to tune it. - A micronutrient overview flags chronic deficiencies, and the nutrition view carries a full macro summary. - A steps overview compares the last 7 days with the 7 before. - Inviting a client is one tap to the share sheet, and you can skip a client's setup checklist. - Clients are told when you view their profile, and profile details open as full screens instead of sheets. FIXED - Sleep records stored with legacy timestamps finally sync. - Logging a food from a meal photo no longer fails on a food your device had not downloaded. - Half sets are no longer rounded away, and bodyweight exercises count toward muscle volume. - Fixed a crash on the Exercises screen and in the session header. - The food streak counts again, and custom foods stay searchable after an edit. - Unilateral sets pick the first limb from what you logged, not what you typed. - Settings changed on the dashboard no longer revert, and an edit made just before leaving a screen is kept. - Changing your bodyweight unit converts your entries instead of relabeling them. - Food photo analysis tolerates unusual responses instead of failing. - Recipes report a partial load instead of quietly showing a short list. - Pinned Favorites are back in food search, and errors are told apart from empty results. - "Apply to all" on exercise metadata copied the wrong row and froze the screen. - The app download is about 13 MB smaller, and more of the app is translated. Best Training App on Market

Constantly updating to improve performance, has reset options, nutrition, basically every exercise and if it is not logged you can add it. Super great!

Amazing

It is genuinely so easy to say how good this app is. It has so many features and options to choose from. If i had to nitpick i would say the food options arent great but everything else besides that is incredible

The best app for fitness

Genuinely idk what I’d do without this I can’t workout without it. You can track everyone fitness related, I would recommend it to anyone that goes to the gym even a little bit

great app!

overall great app! just wish there was garmin integration (and possibly any other wearable apps), beyond just the fitbit one. otherwise flawless and excited for the future of the app

Response from developer

We've been trying! Garmin really locks down their API access. We submit a request over a year ago to get access to it, followed up again after seeing this comment, still nothing. We won't give up though! - Jackson
