Easily the best free training app on the market
I’ve been using Tracked for around 2 years now, i’ve tried around dozen different apps and nothing compares to tracked. the app has a very beginner friendly interface which you can adapt to as you go, allows to create your own exercises free of charge depending on what your gym has, can track sets, reps, RIR, rest exercies (pro feature), there is also a weight tracker , progress pic section, body measurements , step tracking and recently a top notch food tracking section as well. Much love to Keenan and his brother, app is peak❤️

Best free app on the market
Worth ur time
Around a 2.75 / 5
Buggy and exercise selection isn't great. The UI and scheduling feature is good. Best way to describe this app is jack of all trades but a master of none.
Best training app
Literally has everything you want. The developers also clearly care about the app and are continuously trying to improve it
BEST APP EVER
Keenan‘s Tracked training app is the best app to track workouts and nutrition. I suggest paying for Tracked pro it makes the app Way better. The app does bug out here and there, but I’m sure he will fix that. Overall it’s a fantastic app
5 Stars Amazing App
Great app, the best workout app I’ve ever used. Makes tracking workouts so easy and helps you track your weight and steps as well. Nutrition tracking is great and easy. First app like this I’ve used that works great without having to pay, and there’s little to no ads interrupting you. 10/10
Amazing but. . .
It’s definitely vibe-coded, you can tell by the obsession with pills but it still smokes every tracker out there. Every feature someone who cares about SBL will ever need is there and they keep adding more to hit every corner, but that is also a bit of a problem in terms of app bloat. Still gas, love you Keenan

Response from developer
Appreciate the review! Tracked has been around for over 5 years now and we use something called "Tailwind" which is a utility-first CSS framework that became very popular! A lot of what AI is trained on is Tailwind - leading to this idea of the app being "vibe coded". Food for thought.

Lift Tracking Fantastic, Food Tracking Falls Slightly Short
I switched to the free version of this app for everything (food, training, bodyweight tracking) for about 3 weeks to give it the full test. (Originally used a homemade Excel for tracking lifts/bodyweight and Cronometer for food.)
The lifting side is quite useful and fairly intuitive. Love the features like RIR and easy/immediate session-to-session progress indicators. Some bugs exist but nothing major. My advice for users: create a custom exercise for each individual machine (not just movement pattern) that you use to keep progress-tracking organized.
On the food side, the limited database of foods holds it back from being best-in-class. In my experience, very few things that you scan by barcode will populate, and the manual label-screening feature has not worked properly. These drawbacks are mitigated by the fact that it’s very easy to just input the name, weight, and macronutrients of anything you eat. This is fine if you’re just tracking macros, but is a bit more of a headache if you’re tracking micronutrients as well.
I will be sticking with Tracked for my lifts, but probably going back to Cronometer for nutrition, at least for the time being, and will be sure to test Tracked’s nutrition capabilities intermittently.
It gets 5 stars for being a free, well-integrated platform across both lifting and nutrition. Good work team!

Tracked honest review no bs
“I usually think these kinds of apps are horrible because they lock basic features behind a paywall. Although there is a paid version, from what I’ve used the free version is genuinely top tier. It helps me keep track of everything really easily, it’s simple to use, and it actually feels useful without forcing you to pay straight away. The layout is clean, it’s easy to update, and it’s become part of my routine because it helps me stay organised and consistent. Definitely one of the better tracking apps I’ve used and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to track progress and stay on top of things.”

Best tracking up of all time
Honestly I’ve been holding off trying tracked but man it’s such a good tracking app on ios, the only thing that I found difficult to find is the water intake logging, I still can’t find it but it doesn’t change my rating. Thanks Keenan!
Unusable
I’ve tried giving the app a second chance many times and have come to the conclusion that it’s unusable. Once every other week it randomly deletes exercises from my workout plans and all of my tracked progress is gone when I re add them. The app is also very laggy and signs me out for no reason constantly.

Great app for tracking everything, bw, lifts, food etc
5 Star
Atrophy ⬇️ with this app
Good but buggy
Great app, very simple to use except there are many bugs that just don’t get fixed. Every so often my lifts just don’t get recorded and my lifts are recorded like to the sets I did two weeks ago. Quite often a lot of the buttons don’t work either and need me to close the app and load it up again. I also think the session expiring is quite annoying needing to do it every day

TRUE ADAM APP
i love this app so much
Minimum requirement
What do you think the minimum requirement is for a fitness app? For me it’s to track my progress with my fitness but I can’t even do that with this app why, cause I won’t pay 84 pounds a year to just put a number in for my progress, absolute scam, it’s the bare minimum and it can’t even get that right.

Awesome
I genuinely enjoy using Tracked. The initial setup of my workouts was a little tricky, mainly around moving exercises and getting the layout right, but that was a small hurdle. The huge range of exercises available made it easy to build fully customised workouts, which I loved.
Once everything was set up, the app really shined. It’s been amazing for keeping me consistent and on track with my workouts. Clean, motivating, and a pleasure to use overall. Highly recommend if you like having control over your own training.
