Need exact places addresses as it’s happening
No authorization to charge my account
Still trying to charge my account when I don’t have an account with them anymore. My tracker has been expired for months. I get notifications to get a new subscription an then I get notifications they are automatically trying to charge my bank account!!!
Foreign language switch
So after a month of having and using this item….the language issuddenly foreign and I cannot read any of the data which is super annoying. How did this just happen and how do I get it back to English???

I wanted to give an honest review of the TrackerOne because, while I think the product itself has potential, I was disappointed by the subscription requirement.
I purchased the TrackerOne expecting that the purchase of the device would allow me to use it, only to find out afterward that a subscription is required for the tracker to actually function/use its full features. I understand that cellular tracking services may require an ongoing fee, but I feel this should be made much more obvious before someone purchases the product.
The device itself seems like it could be useful, but discovering an additional recurring cost after already purchasing the product was frustrating. If a subscription is necessary to use the product, that information should be clearly displayed upfront and not something customers discover after opening the box.
I would recommend making the subscription requirement and ongoing cost much more prominent during the purchasing process. Transparency would have made a big difference in my decision to purchase.
Overall, I don’t necessarily think the product is bad, but I do think customers deserve to know the true cost of using it before buying it.

Even if you turn the gps tracker off it still shows online and active, I guess it shouldn't be like this right?

2nd purchase
This is my 2nd purchase and it’s one of the best trackers with real time moving. No lagging
Lagging
The tracker either works great or suck. No one ever answer the customer service number no matter when you call nor do they reply to messages. I have both models the battery on one of the S204G model went from 80% to 55% quickly despite being placed on 1 hr when not in motion. I put it on 24 hrs then it goes off line. The S20Pro I subscribed to the 10sec tracking it laggs for 30+ seconds. It’s too hit or miss. When it works well it works well and when it doesn’t it doesn’t. When the battery drop to 55% and under the gps tracks places the icon all over the place.

Minor app and tracker issues
The app is fine and getting better, however the popup notifications related to fences are useless, they say “fence in” or “fence out” without actually mentioning which fence, so what did we name the fences for in the first place?
Also, the s20pro tracker loses connection sometimes, so I get like 15 min of no updates, suddenly it updates, and in two occasions the sim card lost contact with its pins, I had to finally cushion it with foam to make sure it doesn’t move and that seemed to have fixed the problem.

Невозможно стало пользоваться из-за многих слоев на карте красного цвета от гео-фенса. Отключить не получается. Проблема появилась после последнего обновления

Optimal tracking til 30% battery life
Pros: Began really well tracking great, very accurate.
Cons:
delay approx 1.5-3 mins
GPS wacks out at 30% like a short circuit wet robot shows vehicle tracking off, parking off
Added 2nd device it showed offline even adding a subscription until I scanned the QR code it came on line but •has not picked up any of the gps tracking
•battery was 100%, now it is reading the battery life of the other device
•can’t reach customer service on their Whatsapp number I even called 3am EST no one answered.
•after only a couple of hours I was going to deactivate the device, submitted forcrefubd it offered approx $15 less the subscription amount.
•there’s no way to recover your loss password.

Stolen car
My car was stolen on Friday night. Saturday I watched it being driven all around the city. I didn’t report it while it kept changing location, cause of too many police chases ending in crash’s. Finally at 2am Sunday morning, it stopped in one spot. I call the police to report and their reaction was file a report and it may be found in a week or two. When I told them I had your tracker on it, and knew its location, their attitude changed. A half hour later, I received a call that my car was recovered. By 4am the car was back in my driveway. Thanks to your tracker.

Dos the job
It dos the job fine first on I got stopped showing it location but after a few messages back and forth with customer service via WhatsApp they sent out a replacement 👍🏼
