Amongst the all the apps in the App Store this app has the highest updates which needs to be done every week not sure what bugs or updates you’re are fixing but the experience remains the same.

Stop rolling out updates without testing.
I updated the app to see if there are advancements and developments but the moment it got updated, I get an error message “Application failed to load” Please check your Internet connection, yea I don’t have Internet and hope this review will not get posted due to lack of internet.

Worst app ever used
It feels like some hell of a kid developed this app. The tracking doesn’t work, u gotta open it multiple times before u actually get to see the schedule cab details. To check tracking u gotta reopen again n again to see the updated location. Sometimes the location doesn’t even show up at the first time

Review Submit Button Hidden by Keyboard – No Option to Collapse
On the app, I can write a review for completed trip but I can’t submit it because the keyboard covers the submit button and there’s no option to collapse it.
So many bugs after update
I updated the app 2 weeks back and was hoping that the developers would at least revert the update if not fix the issues but no one cares I guess. I’m having hard time checking my roster status, tracking is not working, buttons are misaligned and many more bugs. Pathetic
App not loading
It is asking for an update very frequently and when I updated the app it is not loading, getting check your Internet access but no issues with my network. It doesn’t even work in WiFi.
Latest update not working
After latest update this app is not opening even I tried 2-3 times reinstalling please check. As this is creating issue while taking cab
Office shuttle app frustration.
Oh, what a dream come true! You get to work in an office where your daily commute is by a delightful office shuttle. But here’s the kicker: every time you want to check who your shuttle buddy will be or adjust your future roster, you can't do it. How charming! And if you can't cancel the shuttle for a day you won't use it, guess what? Your salary gets a lovely little deduction for being a “no show.” Naturally, everything is just peachy on the developer's side. It's obviously just me who can't use this fantastic app. Lucky me!

Really need some work
Every time you open the app and refresh, it asks to login. The login process is also not easy. If you are setup to login using OTP, first you need to enter your phone number and again on the next screen to get an OTP. If one needs to login every time you use the app, it does not serve the purpose. This app is just a waste of time.

Frequently app log out us without any changes which is annoying
Doesn’t serve the purpose
Booking should be 6 hours prior and cancellation is not allowed within 1 hr. Booking needs to be more flexible else it doesn’t serve the purpose of an App. Also always asks for update of the app and repeated logins.

Need to bypass the update pop up
Whenever at the time of opening the app, it is asking for the update in iPhone but when clicked on the update button, there is nothing is displaying to update.
