Not happy
The device seems to work fine and registers in the app ok but that’s about as far as it goes as far as customer support goes nonexistent to add any of the features that the app has to offer none of them work you just go round and round in circles I get super frustrated you contact customer support and you get even more frustrated for a bare bones tracking that’s about what you get good battery life

Exactly what I needed for real-time tracking
This app helped me stop constantly worrying. It’s simple to use, updates fast, and I love that I can share my pet’s location with family. The Lost Pet button feature is honestly genius — gives me confidence that I won’t be alone if something happens.

Buggy and not accurate
Device tells me that my pet is somewhere else. Does not refresh data adequately interface application is poor and unresponsive.
Very unreliable
When the app works, it helps us find our pets who like to play tricks and escape the leash. Otherwise, do not rely on this app to let you know when the batteries are low. We charged one tracker and it only took a half charge and the battery was dead in 18 hours. Then our pet took off, and the app said it was at 50% but lost communication with the tracker 4 days ago. Useless to me when I need it on so many occasions. We will be looking for an alternative solution when our subscription is due.
