Appalling. Barely functional
Not sure why TradeMe bothered putting up an app if they are not prepared to maintain it. Key elements just lock the app up or produce a blank screen (try either of the Help menu links, for example). Pity as they still have some good content in the property and motor areas.

But the app has been glitchy recently even w the last update.
-Maps view freezes with half the screen black have to close and reopen app
-Search filters items change from words eg "Price range: $100-$250" to dots and dashes "..-..". Have to search from scratch. Sometimes it does this so frequently you can only inspect one listing per search, when you go back its on dot-mode so you have to start from the home page again.
-saved searches cant be deleted, if you try click "remove favourite 🗑️" it just pops up "Favourite saved!"

The app usability going downhill
I don’t know what’s going on but the usability of the app just keeps careening south. Like WHERE is the edit listing button? All I can find is the open to make notes about my OWN listing. I swear app developer just make everything difficult for fun now.
Bad update
Scarf kiwi update has made it impossible to use the app for more than a few minutes. Listings stop loading and the app needs to be hard reset before it’ll work again.
Property map doesn’t work properly
The map loads once zoomed in and you can click on one property to view but when you go back then the screen doesn’t work. Then same happens each time you look at a property
Map search glitch
When looking at map for properties, the app glitches after looking at a search and trying to navigate back to the map.

I've been trying to troubleshoot logging in to my power pass
iPhone app with no success. We've even gone as far as resetting the account and receiving a new card.
But what fixed it in the end was actually the time setting! My time setting was set to manual, and when I change it to automatic with a slight adjustment of a couple of minutes, it fixed my problem!
I hope this tip helps other users.

Just updated on iphone and its horrendous what they’ve done to display settings
Can’t see options
Not enough contrast to see menu items on iPhone. A pain
Numerous ongoing issues with Trademe on iPhone
Months and months of freezing issues. Can browse listings for about 1 minute at a time before it locks up and you have to force close the app. I can’t even get through listing an item without it freezing up. I now use TradeMe in a browser instead. I keep seeing updates but they haven’t fixed it. I’ve had 2 different phones with these issues. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app which does temporarily fix it so I wonder if the problem is with the cached data in the app.

Sometimes I can keep it going for long enough to watch list an item or change a detail in a listing. Terrible app. No points.

Stops loading?
This app has been pretty terrible for at least the past 6 months - after 5 minutes of use it just stops loading. You can’t click into a listing, load new listings etc. Very poor usability. Hope to see this fixed.
